I still question the gizapo mentality to the citizens of this country when things such as this can take place against the citizen and yet we give illegals all they need with little to no documents...
Those nine states should be made to be in conformity by bringing whatever it is they don't have up to speed and not hinder the citizens that live in them....
This will graduate, eventually to requiring " all citizens" regardlesss of state to have federal IDs ...
After that we can wait for our tattooed number on our arm...
