Since there has not been enough time to manufacture that many in President Trumps term in office, it has to follow that they originated during the obama regime. By the way, whatever happened to the millions of rounds of 9mm hollow point ammunition that the faux president procured? Seems to me that he wanted to train the post office department and IRS employees. On the other hand, maybe he was able to sell some of it to foreign nations that needed to bolster their supplies and the sales funds simply disappeared?
