What I find amazing is that Obama said, Wherever and whenever I can take steps WITHOUT LEGISLATION to expand opportunity for more American families, thats what Im going to do and the Democrats stood up and applauded him. Sounds like the Democrats in Congress are giving up their authority and Obama is becoming (has become) a dictator.

The operative words are WITHOUT LEGISLATION. That's why I capitalized them. Congress is responsible for making laws, NOT the president.

I do agree but there is executive orders which are and have been legal.

So are the changes to the ACA legal? Congress, not the president is the only one who can change or tweak laws

Congress is not a rubber stamp for the President. Separation of powers exists for a reason. Blame it all on Republicans is just a mantra to try on cover for the harm Obama has brought in every area of his Presidency.

Eleven different Atty. Generals from as many states say Obama broke the law by allowing folks to keep their coverage that had been canceled. These policys did not meet the minimum standards of the A C A is why. In Oregon it was rejected but the Oregon health plan is in place and working just fine despite the rumor it was in big trouble. Just because Newsmax printed the article and ii atty gens have complained does not mean a law has been broken. We will know for sure if this is taken up in court. Till Then Rock on America.

No, I am not happy with the government as it stands now; and I am not the only one. According to a Jan. 5-8 Gallup poll, the government, at 21%, leads the list of what Americans consider the most important problem facing the country. All other issues stem from the government, in my opinion.

Something has GOT to give; I'll be damned if I am going to goose step, and obey a damned supreme leader.
