I believe they assign one or two of their best Leftwing Haters to scour the world to read and find literally anything they can use to tear down the nation, the president, congress, our memorials, and big business, among many other targets, such as us! Thus the troops needn't bother to read or comprehend anything at all, just follow the Haters lead. The Haters, in turn, find the Sloganeers of the Left to pass out really great ditties for the troops to mouth. Then comes the Armorer who passes out signs, bats, sticks, ski masks, and assorted other evil devices to the troops, who get really excited to dress up in black, get on a bus, practice their slogans, and go rioting somewhere. it doesn't matter where to them, who they hurt, or even why they are there in the first place...just get it on! Later, they receive their pay.
