I don't know where you live, but I live in Texas. You'd think I would see more people doing as you accuse, but I certainly dont. No fancy new pickups, no benefits that are only given to legal citizens. We don't have buses where, or close to, my nearest town.

Yeah, the Democrats are worried because they'll lose their fraudulent voters, not field workers, and the farmers aren't complaining. The 'US Agricultural Agency' has a 'Field Workers Program', where Mexicans and other foreigners can get special temporary visas that last for a season, then they have to return home, but are automatically given visas for the next season if they haven't committed any crimes, and farmers that need them help organize those groups, and this is the main way they do it in California. It's not about the needed laborers that the Democrats are worried about losing, it's their needed fraudulent voters that they are really complaining about losing, and those are the illegal immigrants that don;t work in the agricultural businesses, but instaed everything else where they take Americans' jobs, and help lower wages because they'll work cheaper because they're here illegally, need the job, but can't complain about the low wages they're offered, compared to waht Americans usually get for the same job.

California screams that people deserve a higher minimum living wage, then pay their illegal field hands slave wages.

The illegals are here illegally to begin with but CA says they love them so they hire them and give them jobs for their own good. That makes those employers criminals.

CA says the reason they have to hire illegals is because no one else will take the jobs.

Then when the illegals run home, CA freaks.

Guess what? When you run a business you must.pay overhead. If no one will work for what you pay, you have 2 choices. You can either cut your profit margin and raise your pay, or close your business. CA has a 3rd choice. Provide a stimulus to work so people do better with a job than they do on welfare.

But they were sold by other blacks who had captured them and used them as slaves before selling them to slavers. The slavers were Dutch, Portuguese and English. These slavers sold the slaves, in many instances, to northern businessmen who in turn sold them to southern plantation owners.
