Taxes don't belong to the government, they are the money that people have earned through their work, or the reward for the risk on their investments, and which you 'TAKE FROM THEM', and when taxes are lowered by percentages, you are not giving the rich $2 and the poor only $1, you are just not taking those dollars that they earned, and are allowing them to keep more of their own money.
When tax cuts are made by percentages, and the rich get to keep more of their money, it is their money that they are keeping, not yours or the governments. If that money being kept by the rich is more money than is being kept by the poor, when both are allowed to keep the same percentage of their own money, it's only more money than the poor gets to keep because the rich have been paying much more of their own money in taxes than the poor have.
That's the problem when you put people in the government and give them a little power, they think that everything belongs to them, not the people who have earned it through hard work or risky investments. As for those liberals that are not in the government, they think they are little gods, and know what is best for everyone, and therefore what everyone has earned should be shared with them, even though they didn't lift a finger to earn any of it.
That's the problem with liberals today, and the 'Founding Fathers' were very aware of this problem, that the King of England and the British Parliament exhibted and forced on them also, and the reason they wrote so many limitations on our government, which liberals today ignore and treat those limitations as irrelevent. When you keep a higher percentage of one persons money than anothers, because they worked harder or took the risk to invest more, you are stealing from the one you require a bigger percentage from, just because he is more successful than others.
There is no way in GOD's eyes that this is fair, but then again, liberals today don't believe in a GOD, and this is their reason why they don't. They want to steal from successful people, calling it 'Graduated Tax Plans', without being labeled as unfair and a sinner, for if there is no GOD, then there is no sin, and fair is what those in power decide it is, not what the people think it is. Being liberal is akin to being a totalitarian, and most Americans haven't recognized that, 'YET'. But they will, just as the people of Venezuella are learning today.
Today liberals cry out that everyone should pay their fare share, but 50% of the American people pay no taxes at all, and more than half of those are given money that they never paid in, from taxes that the rich were forced to overpay. What is fair with that, that those in power get to decide what is fair, not what the people think is fair, hence totalitarian measures perpetrated on those who are the ones who have made America great, and which will eventually destoy them, the 'Gooses that Lay the Golden Eggs'. At least those who have not yet taken their businesses and entrepreneurship from the USA to other countries that do treat them fairly.

Save $1 here, spend an extra $2 over there.
Make a revenue neutral tax plan; move money from this column to that column, get the same amount of tax and spend more.
Blame Democrats for spending - even though YOU control Congress and have for years.
Blame the previous President and act like there's nothing you can do about it because he was smarter than you.
Determine what sacrifices OTHERS must make, while preserving the shit YOU want.
Take $1 from poor people, give an extra $2 to rich people.
Blame the middle class for not paying enough taxes.
Pay yourself first, fund your pet projects and programs next, then try to screw everybody else out of something.
Pretend that by giving the rich a break, they'll buy more stuff, or figure out a way to make more money by hiring some more people who will pay taxes ( the average worker would take 20 years to compensate for the tax break for one rich person ).
Talk about spending cuts and tax reform - but do the same shit you always do.
yep, that oughta do it!
