Seniors "WAKE UP"

The Repugnuts are really going after seniors. First, their KILLERCARE HC plan which stole $ from Medicare and destroyed Medicaid for a huge tax cut for his neighbors and himself. That, of course, if they paid taxes. They need not worry, it would then be a credit so, the elitists would then be on welfare.

All of which, Frumpfass promised not to do in campaign speeches.

AS IF TRUMPCARE WASN'T A COLOSSAL FAILURE ALREADY, HERE COMES ROUND TWO OF PROPOSED CHANGES. TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY ARE NOW SUGGESTING THE RETIREMENT AGE SHOULD BE RAISED TO 69.

Republican chairman of the Social Security Subcommittee of Ways and Means, Sam Johnson, is championing the proposal which proposes 15 changes to Social Security laws. All these changes are horrifying to seniors, to working class Americans, and to low-income Americans.

In addition to the age-increase, the changes also include taking away benefits for the families of the disabled and for retired workers, as well as an adjustment in the living costs of seniors.

Did anyone have the guts to stand up to this insult? Nancy Pelosi did and she immediately issued a statement condemning Republicans for their callous attitude.

Apparently nothing upsets House Republicans like the idea of hard-working people getting to enjoy a secure and dignified retirement.

She made it clear the 15 proposed changes are cuts to Social Security benefits. Pelosi went onto say some Americans could see their SS benefits cut by a third, not to mention an increase in retirement age, that makes comfortable senior living practically impossable at least for the middle class and the poor.

Is this what Trump supporters voted for? Cuts to Social Security and the end of Medicare?

Didn't Trump himself once promise not to touch Social Security at all? You mean he was just lying? Really?

So what is the GOP thinking with this legislation? If Trump and the GOP are dumb enough to let this law pass, it's going to turn even their own die-hard supporters against them.

Trump supposedly won his campaign because he targeted working class Americans who were tired of elitist politics. But if this law passes it would be most damaging act of elitism we'™ve seen in many years.

Don't let them get away with it!

Sure seems so. Seniors, middle class, and poor...we can take care of our freaking selves. The left has never helped take care of anyone. Not American citizens anyway. Not then and not now.

Hey knot head. Can't you do any better than quoting Nazi Pelosi? Who are your two Senators and have you ever emailed them? How about not admitting any more Muslims? I noticed you would not answer that when i brought it up.

I noticed that none of the replies to Jack's post even attempt to refute the points he is making.

Paul there is absolutely no sense in doing so. Many of his B.S. postings like this one full of generalities
garnished with a few broad brush personal statements is just that. Bullshit . Taking the time to reply to
such junk line for line is a complete wast of time . It's vague smearing. Nothing else . White noise .

I do not know what rags he quotes from but most of these postings are nothing more than propaganda
pieces waiting for some poor schmuck to come along and make a fool of both the author and the poster.

That's my reasoning .

Answering jack2014 would like eating jello with a fork. It's usually too vague to comment or disagree. If you ask anything specific, he won't answer.

And it is puke

Paul, the no-answer queens like to try to change the subject or blame everyone else but themselves for the difficulties they cause. They think they won the election and they are the majority. Actually they know they lost by 3 million votes and won by chicanery. The Russkies also contributed mightily to Frumpfass's election and now the evidence is pointing more and more to Trump, his staff, and associates. Then there's the Russkie money showing up in congressmen's accounts. Frumpfass is letting in 170 Russian spies to re occupy their closed houses or hacking sheds. Makes you wonder what country is the pissident working for. Is he the TRAITOR?

He's making us a third rate country.
