Do you really believe that, or are you just pulling our leg?
Lets look at the historical statistical facts!
When Obama became President in January of 2009, while in the depths of the Bush recession, their were only about 50,000 Americans still losing their jobs every month, and Obama inherited 17 million Americans that were on 'Welfare & Food Stamps'. Then in June of 2009 Obama proclaimed the Bush recession had ended and his economic recovery had started, and which about 45, 000 Americans were still losing their jobs at that point in time, which that number stayed just above 40,000 for the next 3 1/2 years.
At the end of Obama's terms as President, after 7 1/2 straight years of his economic recovery, he had increased the number of people on 'Welfare & Food Stamps' to just over 50 million Americans, an almost three fold increase during 7 1/2 straight years of an economic recovery.
Also during those 7 1/2 straight years of Obama's economic recovery, Obama dropped enough people from the 'US Workforce' (in order to get the unemployment rate ficticiously lowered), because they had been without a job for the last 52 weeks and longer, which lowered the participation rate of the 'US Workforce' to it's lowest percentage in over 40 years, all the way back to 1977 when the US population was just over a third of what the 2010 census tallied to be, that raised the number of Americans of working age (16 years to 54 years of age) that had been dropped from the 'US Workforce' to just over 98 million Americans, from a total number of 256 million Americans of working age that live in the USA today.
When these 98 million Americans that are no longer counted in the 'US Workforce is added to the 8 million unemployed Americans that are still counted in the 'US Workforce', because they haven't been without a job for 52 weeks yet, brings that total number of American people of working age that are unemployed, to nearly 107 million Americans of working age, out of that total number of Americans of working age of 256 million. You do the math and find out for yourself what the real unemployment rate is in the USA today (divide 107 million by 256 million to come up with the real unemployment rate in the USA today).
Then there is also the facts that the Americans' 'Averaged Yearly Income' during Obama's 7 1/2 straight years of economic recovery had decreased by over 10%, while the Americans' 'Averaged Accumulated Wealth' had also declined by nearly 15%.
These are all historical economic statistical facts, that can be checked on the 'US Bureau of Labor Statisitcs' (BLS) web site, that also puts out a monthly economic report at the beginning of every month, that covers the economic statistics from the previous month.
Research a little before making foolish statements like the one you made that I am commenting on, and also remember just how many lies that Obama boldfacedly told the American people in national interviews covered by the national media, and are recorded on Youtube videos, like Obamacare's promise of, "Under Obamacare you can keep your healthcare plan if you like it, you can keep the doctors that you like and trust, and your healthcare insurance costs will go down by $2,400.00 a year for a family of four." These are just a few examples of Obama's many lies to the American people.
Also just last week a report came out that proclaimed that Obama's administration had enhanced all their reported economic statistics, and some by as much as 80%. One needs to know and remember that all the jobs that Obama claims he created are only estimated jobs, not head count jobs, as was much of all of Obama's economic statistics, but the actual historical economic statistics that I have exposed here tell a very different story.
How did Obama get the unemployment rate to go down during his first 4 years as President, while every month more that 40,000 Americans were still losing their jobs? By dropping over 20,000 Americans from the 'US Workforce' every month, where they could no longer be counted as unemployed, and estimating the creation of 70,000 plus jobs every month, and that is what falsely brought down the unemployment rate under Obama. And during those 7 1/2 years of Obama's supposed economic recovery, the BLS never added a single person that they dropped from the 'US Workforce' back into it. Today, with all the jobs that President Trump has been creating, the BLS is adding those dropped unemployed Americans back into the 'US Workforce' at a fanatical rate, in order to keep the unemplyment rate from going into negative numbers, showing more people with jobs than we have people in the 'US Workforce'.

Obama was a great President. He took office when many 100,000s people a month were loosing their jobs and he brought the country back to full employment when left office.
