Just in, the SC just ruled to keep the ban on the travel ban in place until the case is heard months from now. This is a big loss for Trump--while his hopes for a ban remain alive--he still is prevented by e-vile liberal judges from blocking e-vile Muslim immigration as he had promised to do.

Idiot! Parts of the travel ban have been upheld. Furthermore the justices have agreed to hear arguments as far as National Security is concerned. Even CNN reports this as a Trump win.

Our President, on Friday, did away with that EO... so visa can now take 'as long as necessary' to complete thorough background investigation. If a visa takes 8 weeks or 50 years.... as long as they periodically review the application, then no problem! Think about that while you gloat.

The only part of the ban that was upheld was if they have no connection to the US. But if you are an e-vile terrorist all you have to do is enroll in a university and you have a connection to the US. Anything that can be circumvented so easily only a Trumpee would call a victory. And I was listening to CNN when the ruling was read. Clearly you and I hear things differently...

Moron............................The travel ban was and is a 90 to a 120 day temporary order.
The purpose was to get control of immigration for a short time in order to analyse all the immigration procedures.
The end result will be policies and procedures that are put in place to take advantage of any thing learned from the ban.
These policies will then replace the temporary ban.
The ban is temporary, the procedures and policies will be permanent.
Lastly, the Supreme Court put immigration policy in the hands of the president, it is now settled law.
So your buddies will be extremely limited in stopping Trump in the future.
You're so dumb, you lost and have no idea of just how badly you lost.
