After thinking about this for several days, I have decided two things:

1. Russia or someone did try to hack into voter registration.

2. Those people employed by the states for registration, maintenance, and oversight of the process were very dumb or perhaps stupid people.

But, this is nothing new. We spend hour after hour hacking into other countries' systems. In fact, under obama we actually spied on Germany. Now for my second conclusion.... those hired by the state are stupid. I wish I could use the word ignorant, because that would imply that they are teachable. Do a google search on "DO NOT OPEN EMAIL" and add a year you are interested in, you will find more than 8,090,000 hits for the year 2016 alone. So.... frankly, those people who opened the virus laden emails must have been living in a bubble to think that those emails with a "dot "eu", "ja", "au".... and the list goes on, were simple voter registration communication. My question, the computer administrators.... where did they get their training that they did not know how to block those inbound emails?? I am sure that even you have set up a "block" sender list on your email accounts. If you can do it, then why were these administrators (paid over $80,000 each) had no idea how to accomplish this simple task on state owned systems?

Under Mr. Obama administration, were you not aware that there were hundreds of thousands added to the Federal System payroll assigned to jobs, they don't understand? These political employs were pay backs for their democrat political activities rewarded by Mr. Obama. These employs were not qualified to doing their jobs.

Audit in 2010, reports indicated that US federal system has so many duplicates employed workers doing similar jobs. Since these people are not qualified for doing the jobs assigned, they mess up the system, therefore, instead of helping, they create more works to fix, at the expense of US taxpayers. How messy, dirty, and clever that was.

One of the factors, of the hacking system was the private server used by Hillary Clinton during her Sec. of State job. Actually not doing her job for the country, but for her own enrichment and empowerment, thus she created a private server for her own to hide her personal activities. Be it known that when she left, State Dept. audit disclosed a $6 billion fund missing with no accountability.

Another cause of hacking was the 43,000 emails sent by Seth Rich to WikiLeaks, which enabled Assange to disclose starting July 2016, all the evil/dirty works of Hillary Clinton, Podesta, and the whole democrat administration. Seth Rich had paid his life for that.

Other causes of the hacking are the NSA, as well as their counter parts who have been hacking our security system since the cold war. Advanced technology has made their methods more successful.

Bottom line, there was no collusion between Russia and the campaign election of the then candidate Trump. Facts are they are the victims.

this will have a big impact on the quota systems, but so be it. If you are not qualified for the job, then someone who is qualified should be hired irrespective of race, gender and so on! Computer hacking has been around from the 1980s, nothing new. It is up to individuals not to open emails from people they do not know and up to administrators to be aware of their system vulnerabilities.

I don't know yet how one can hack voting equipment, some people can leak stuff like James Comey did, he leaked it
to one of his buds and turned it over to the media, that is collusion. Comey and Mueller are dirty as well they collude
