Comey revealed conspiracy to abuse power.

The cesspool beneath the swamp.

Comey's testimony clearly defined a "conspiracy to abuse positions of trust and authority for a political purpose".

That of aiding (then candidate) Hillary Clinton, in winning the democratic primary race, by means of willfully

and knowingly mis-reprsenting the truth about the ongoing criminal investigation into Clintons miss-use of e-mail;

in statements to the press reguarding the "ongoing criminal investigation".

Comey stated that he felt that A.G. Lynch was using her position to lend political support to the Clinton campaign,

by advancing the campaigns story line of a "review" when A.G. Lynch, directed FBI director Comey

to downplay the existance of an ongoing "criminal investigation".

Comey's statement:

" We were getting to a place where the A.G. and I were both going to have to testify and talk publicly about.

And I wanted to know, was she going to authorize us to confirm we had an investigation?"

And she said, "yes, but don’t call it that, call it a matter. And I said, why would I do that?

And she said, just call it a matter."

"And so that concerned me because that language tracked the way the campaign was talking

about FBI’s work and that’s concerning."

"I don’t know whether it was intentional or not, but it gave the impression that the attorney general was

looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way a political campaign was describing the same

activity, which was inaccurate. We had a criminal investigation open, and so that gave me a queasy feeling."

Now for a little context:

At this same time Clinton was facing a serious, and unexpected, challenge for the nomination

from the Sanders campaign. At this same time, Lynch's DOJ was negotiating immunity agreements

with several key members of Clinton's inner circle. (At this point, did not the director of the FBI have both

"just cause" and a "duty" to publicly demand the appointment of a special investigator?)

Instead of performing his duty to America, he chose to support this politically motivated dis-information.

I just said, all right, "this isn’t a hill worth dying on, and so I just said,

OK, the press is going to completely ignore it. And that’s what happened."

The director of the FBI publically confessed to willfully joining in a conspiracy, and did in fact,

use his position to benefit a specific political campaign. Comey intentionally and knowingly

promoted what he pesonally knew to be mis-information (a lie).

Comey then repeatedly refused to release what he did know to be the truth,

that President Trump was not the subject of a criminal investigation!

Apparently, bringing down President Trump was a "hill worth dying on".

Comey made a willfull decision to kill his own career.

I'm sure he's sitting on a pile of hush money that will afford him a nice lifestyle until he dies or commits suicide by two bullets to the back of the head.

If A.G. Sessions does not appoint a special investigator to look into this, then he needs to GO!

We don't need a special prosecutor for Lynch, Clinton, Comey and Obama. We just need an AG and Justice Department to get on with the investigation and convene a grand jury.

Comey failed to earn any hush money that he may have collected on this one.

Comey testified under oath that the A.G. "told" him to walk back the story on the "criminal" investigation.

Coupled with that:

“Employees of the Department of Justice, which investigated Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of State, gave Clinton 97 percent of their donations. Trump received $8,756 from DOJ employees compared with $286,797 for Clinton,” Jonathan Swan of the Hill wrote.

It is time for a special investigator to investigate a DOJ cover-up of the FBI criminal investigation, into Clinton.

Any investigation by the DOJ will be labeled a political witch hunt and will plagued by leaks.

Add to that, the simple fact that both the DOJ and the FBI are infested with Obama/Clinton moles.

Only a totally independent investigation will ever gain widespread confidence in the outcome.
