In Illinois they have a service called septran which takes elderly or handicapped or needy individuals to various stores shopping and they generally help them out. Don't know where you live or if they have any such services as that.

Yes, there is Independence Inc., and for $6, round trip to WalMart, last I checked. For now I have my "case manager" hero. Not sure how much longer I will have his services, maybe another 2 years. Kelly has been there for me since July, 2014. He simply showed up in my time of need and that never happens. I first meant him in early 2013. He has a truck and knows how to manhandle my cases of CocaCola. I am spoiled rotten!!!
