Yes I very seldom eat out. Have you noticed the chemtrails in the sky. They are killing the bees and butterflies. Even flies are disappearing. The controllers are attacking us on every front.

For some time I have been researching healing foods and herbs. I have learned quite a bit in the past months and I wish to pass a few on to you while inviting you to add your own.

If you are fighting blood sugar spikes, but would love to indulge in chocolates again.... try Cacaco powder.... (caution, do not mix with milk) put it in a smoothie or top off your Redi Whip with a small sprinkle add a few strawberries and enjoy! It has almost no carbs, high in fiber, is very low in calories and very high in the "good fats." Mix it in your oat meal or even bake with it! Absolutely divine. It will not raise your blood glucose so it is safe (according to my doctor) for diabetics.

Still struggling for something to help with your coffee addiction (and perhaps shed a pound or two) try Matcha Tea. It is made with the entire tea leaf (green tea) and is a compact way of getting many vitamins. Zero calories, zero carbs, and zero fat! Use it in smoothies, serve it over ice, and add it to homemade ice cream.

This one, well it is very tart, but has more than 90 times the vitamin C than a bag of oranges.... in one serving! It is Camu Camu Powder. Add it to your oatmeal, in a fruit smoothie.... I like the flavor, but some folks find it too sour. Again, it will not raise your glucose level. No fat, no carbs, and only 3 calories per serving.

Feeling a little sad? Try some Organic Turmeric. Add it to scrambled eggs, on roasted vegetables, or a dash on your salad. Has a great peppery taste and is delightfully yellow. It contains anti-inflammation properties and helps combat free radicals. Best of all, you can buy it on the spice isle at your supermarket.

Your turn.

For some time I have been researching healing food... (show quote)
