2 words...BS. Do you realize how many people he could've hurt driving a vehicle that way. He's lucky that's all he got was a graze and a broken ankle. I say the officer did a great job, no matter if that person was white or black or purple with pink polka dots. The kid chose his path, now hopefully he has to learn from it!

Isn't it amazing that the actions of the "victim" are never stated in the headlines? I mean,if the "victim" hasn't done anything wrong why does he run away? If the "victim" doesn't break any laws does he end up with a broken ankle? I wonder if the "victim "has a rap sheet and if it's a long one?I'd bet money he does.

He is a victim - guilty only of the crime of jogging in an upper class neighborhood after dark - I think it speaks VOLUMES that no charges were reported....they're still trying to drum up some bogus charge! I hope he sues the department!

Why did he run away?if you aren't guilty you don't run.I've been questioned and pulled over by cops.I didn't run away or act like an idiot.

No doubt you're black,and or liberal.Quit making excuses for a mass of people. Many cops I know or come in contact with are cocky and can be smug.I don't deny that.It comes down to respect. They have a tough job to do.When I'm in any situation with them I try and show them as much respect and cooperation as possible. It's not hard if I'm doing nothing wrong.If that guy is only jogging why doesn’t he stop? Running away suggests he's up to no good.Is that a fair assumption?

Something doesn't sit right here wuz... Cop or not discharging a gun into open city pedestrians etc is not standard protocol at all..
As for Clarkes mouth he's already supposedly announced a position at Homeland Security but they say nope..
