Global warming has been dead for a long time. It's climate change now. If you can't keep up, you waste our time.

However I will inform you that among our many other talents, we have the ability to check credentials of your "scientists" and actually read their findings.

Your 97% who find a link between man and CC boils down to 12 people. The rest of your "scientists" found no such link but rather FEEL there is a connection.

Further, 30,000 scientists have signed the document that totally debunks CC and states why.

Your topic is a non-issue so go ahead and have a meaningful debate with.yourself.

If you can't even use the.proper term from your own party you fail even as a libprog.

You climate deniers post such nonsense, you could all be trump voters..

Spencer and Taylor have been debunked so often and for so long, it amazes me that they can still get published..

Do any of you read anything other then the right wing rags? How about Nature, NASA releases, the local newspaper, Science, Smithsonian or most any agriculture magazine...

It is a lost cause posting information for you guys.. But try this...

The planet's temperature is rising

Sun setting behind city skyline

Trends in temperature readings from around the world show that global warming is taking place.

Every one of the past 40 years has been warmer than the 20th century average. 2016 was the hottest year on record. The 12 warmest years on record have all occurred since 1998.

Over the past 130 years, the global average temperature has increased 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit, with more than half of that increase occurring over only the past 35 years. The pattern is unmistakable: Every one of the past 40 years has been warmer than the 20th century average. 2016 was the hottest year on record. The 12 warmest years on record have all occurred since 1998.

Detailed measurements of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) levels have been taken continuously for more than 50 years. The data show that CO2 levels have steadily increased every year. Today they are 25 percent higher than in 1957.

What's more, scientists have detailed records of past CO2 levels from ice core studies, which show that CO2 levels are higher today than at any point since our distant ancestors began migrating out of Africa 800,000 years ago.

But this information is not under dispute and you will simply call it a lie..

Of more concern to me, with the orange man fumbling around, we have a good chance that China will take over the leadership when the US abdicates the roll.

China Poised for Leadership on Climate Change After U.S. Reversal
President Trump’s executive order to dismantle Obama-era climate policy is unlikely to stall global momentum on the issue, as China’s growing role comes into focus.

China may soon fill the leadership vacuum that President Donald Trump leaves on the world stage as he is expected to sign a new executive order Tuesday that seeks to dismantle much of the work on climate change enacted by his predecessor. That work was aimed at helping the United States meet its carbon emissions targets in the landmark Paris climate agreement.

Trump's order begins the process of rescinding the Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan, an Obama-era regulation of U.S. power plant emissions. It also takes steps to downplay the future costs of carbon emissions, walks back tracking of the federal government’s carbon emissions, rescinds a 2016 moratorium on coal leases on federal lands, and strikes down Obama-era executive orders and memoranda aimed at helping the country prepare for climate change's worst impacts, including its threats to national security.

BUT then we will swing back towards a more "normal " temperature . then back towards a cooler and the colder temperature. which all of this will take a lot more years than you or I or any one around right now will ever see. the earth is a living organezum and has her own little changes . just like you have your own little fits and nice times. back and forth. and the world keeps on turning.

Agreed~~cyclic change is just that and Our amazing Earth has done so since the beginning of her time.. Some suggest that is 5.6 billion years ago..

The idea that Global Warming is a natural cycle is well understood from paleo data covering the past 1 million years, again if agree with the Science on such.. Is there a difference between current climate, and the natural cycle? Sure there is yet not many talk about it because it doesn't support manmade climate change..The natural climate has oscillated between warm periods and ice ages.... This shifting in and out of warm periods and ice ages is correlated with what's called the Milankovitch cycles...In order to understand the difference between natural cycle and human-caused/influenced global warming, one needs to consider changes in radiative forcing and how this affects systems on Earth such as the atmosphere, vegetation, ice and snow, ocean chemistry and ocean heat content overturn cycles and related effects. The current radiative forcing levels are clearly outside of the natural cycle range....

Is global warming a natural cycle? Or is global warming affected by human influence? What does the science say? Depending on the government intent and the biggest investment money on the table you get forand against..In realty both have causation but man made has little to do with what Mother Natire does on her very own.. In the natural cycle, the world can warm, and cool, without any human interference. For the past million years this has occurred over and over again at approximately 100,000 year intervals. About 80-90,000 years of ice age with about 10-20,000 years of warm period, give or take some thousands of years....

So much propaganda has been put out to dupe not only We, but other Nations as well..

Follow the money and you learn who is directing what and why.. It's always about control and money.. And we buy into hook, line and sinker..

My favorite was several years ago when some UN sponsored alarmist group put out an aggregate of about 6 or 7 warming models (that all radically disagreed with each other) and said that the 'consensus' was, naturally, apocalyptic.

And then a real scientist tested the model aggregate by backing the data up 50 years and then adding the 50 years of data to see how close the model came to the present climate. Needless to say it wasn't close.

A lot of conversation about climate change, but no conversation about the destruction of the earth.

Trump will allow coal miners to put mine waste into streams. My live stock do not drink from that stream, why should I care?

Look at the destruction caused by the gulf oil spill. I don't live on the gulf, why should I care?

Trump is discouraging shutting down coal fired power plants. Why should I care? I moved away from there. It is now my ex-neighbors problem.

We should all care. We should not accept air so polluted it cannot be breathed, or water so contaminated it cannot be consumed.

This was happening long before Obama came to the scene. He was trying to correct some of it. Trump decided that it did not need to be corrected because it would cost industry some of their profits. Regulations caused a lot of coal mines to close.
