I wonder why the Mainstream Media isn't covering this story..About the DNC lawsuit in Florida, maybe because the testimony thus far has been 'as the democratic party we can pick who we want as our candidate, and it doesn't matter what the voters want, and therefore your honor the case needs to be dismissed" Maybe it would be wise for people to learn more about the party and what the 'elites' really think about the voters..(oh yeah, some call them deplorable and basement dwellers')

Very true J....Are you following this case??

There will be a partial dismissal but it will go forward..This judge hearing it is fond of constitutional law issues and there are enough allegations to warrant bringing for judicial determination..Also its coming up on election year so and no Judge likes to violate the right of due process and have it on his record if and win reversed by the higher court~~This pretty much tells you what the Judge is thinking....

At the end of the hearing the Judge Zloch said, “This is a very interesting case, to say the least. And counsel for the plaintiffs spoke about whether or not society…is in a dire situation. And so I’ll leave the lawyers with this. Democracy demands the truth so people can make intelligent decisions.”

For this and many more reasons I’ll be addressing in Parts 2 and 3 of this series, it’s my opinion that this case will not be fully dismissed, and that will be a very bad day for the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
