I think that many more Americans do celebrate Cinco de Mayo since all the food stores around me advertise foods that would fit in. We do have some illegal Mexicans around and all of them celebrate that day. Don't you remember 5 or so years ago when they marched with Mexican flags and celebrated it although most of them didn't know what they were celebrating?
