As Per Paul Ryan we should not pass a bill without knowing what it cost and what's in it. Right now nobody except for the Ryan inner circle have read Trumpcare. It has not been scored by the CBO particularly what cost will be pushed off to the States which now can deny there people healthcare. Good luck Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Luisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Oklahoma, And a few others that refused Medicaid expansion you're people will begin to die. Here is why

States can let insurers charge more for pre existing conditions by putting you in a high risk pool. They have already indicated at minimum a 750% increase in premiums which poor and middle class will not be able to afford. So Trumps new scam I will make health insurance available to every American and he did but what cost he forgotvto tell you that.

Allow Insurers to deny coverage or opt for a Maxium payout. Back to the original agenda

States can change what qualifies as essential health benefits.

So what is happening here is nobody knows what the cost will be and nobody knows who gets thrown off. All up to the states.

So if you think some ignorant redneck from Mississippi can just cross over states lines when they loose there coverage and buy it nsurance you're all crazy.

What nobody at this time can determine is the changes to Medicaid because it makes no GD sense. It looks like States will have to pick up more of the Medicaid cost. But that's great for Red States because they just let people die. The biggest gains will go right to the State of Florida because that prick Rick Scott won't cover anybody. He does not have to worry because the state is all retirees.

(WHY IS THE GOP AFFRAID TO HAVE THERE PLAN SCORED WHY ARE THE RIGHT WING LOONEY BIN NOT INSISTING THAT AT THE MINIMUM HAVE IT SCORED BY THE CBO.)

(DAMM IT JUST MIGHT BE A GREAT BILL LETS FIND OUT AND HAVE IT SCORED BY THE CBO)

Previous CBO score of Trumpcare

Number of uninsured Americans will be increased by 24 million people.

Uninsured will grow by 14 million just next year.

CBO scored a $337 billion savings over the next 10 years. Because of the number of people now that have no healthcare and zero subsidies. We just go back to the original system. Eliminate the 3% tax on the upper 1% wage earners. Premiums will begin to rise again because of the number of uninsured getting free healthcare. This is nothing but Trump the scam artist love king for a political win.

This could definitely back fire in the face of the GOP in the house because when this bill gets to the senate it will get scored and when it turns out not to be Revenue Neutral the GOP trying to pass it in the senate on reconciliation will not work because they will need 60 votes. Big gamble by the GOP with the republicans in the house voting to through at least 14 million in the first year off healthcare just in time for the mid term elections.

But Trump scams the stupid again what you people don't understand Trump could give a damm about you or anybody else just what goes in his pocket and you idiots will have no idea what he is gaining on investments where he is making money because none of you GD fools will not insist that he release his tax returns. Where is he investing now wow how stupid can you be.

These wing nuts act as if we have always had Obamacare and Medicaid expansion. Why weren't we walking over dead bodies before Obamacare? Bitch and moan about Trumpcare all they want but Obamacare is doomed on it's own. Actuarially it cannot survive. So if you have a pre-existing condition and you have Obamacare and Obamacare implodes how are you covered? 1/3 of all counties now have only one provider. What do these whiners want? What is their solution and who pays for it?

Yeah.......the dems fubared it, and are bitching because their sworn enemies can't fix it.
The turdster seems to be an expert on all things regarding governing a nation of 320 plus million people, but he never provides a viable solution. He just pisses, and moans about it.
What a dork.

Exactly! They need too research the definition of insurance. Everyone wants pre-existing conditions covered, fine. They need to come up with a state by state consumption tax then to pay for it. Everyone would have skin in the game. Not just the assholes that want pre-existing covered, but want my premium to help pay for it.

I like that idea! I've never had, or asked for a free ride, and I shouldn't have to pay for others who do. If everyone, I mean EVERYONE has to contribute maybe it would level the field a little more.
Make a package of Ding Dongs, and an extra large Coke cost more to help pay for it!

Obama care is not imploding the right wing had been saying that for 5 years it's still here. Read the updated CBO report on the ACA it is healthy and doing what it's suppose to do.

Health bill puts people at risk
House Republicans want to weaken a safeguard for Americans with preexisting conditions.
A bout half of American adults under age 65 have at least one preexisting medical condition, by the federal government’s count . According to a Kaiser Family Foundation analysis , more than half of those adults could have been denied coverage by health insurers in the days before Obamacare if they weren’t included in a large employer’s plan.
That’s why one of the most popular and humane features of the 2010 Affordable Care Act is the provision barring insurers from discriminating against Americans with preexisting conditions. This provision not only saved many Americans from being bankrupted by medical bills, but it also relieved the anxiety that trapped people in jobs they would not leave for fear of losing coverage.
But now, House Republicans are proposing to punch a gaping hole in that safeguard through a bill to repeal and replace the ACA.
GOP leaders insist that their bill would continue to bar insurers from denying coverage to anyone, and that it would prevent them from jacking up the premiums for anyone who’d maintained continuous coverage. Consumers using the state insurance exchanges who did not maintain coverage would be eligible for subsidized state “high-risk pools,” where high premiums would be offset by billions of dollars in federal aid.
But far more people would be likely to face huge premium increases than the bill’s supporters acknowledge. Millions of people enter and leave the state insurance exchanges annually — the turnover at Covered California is 40% to 50% — which means there may be millions of people going briefly uninsured and then confronting enormous premium surcharges. According to one estimate , those surcharges could range from $4,000 per year for asthmatics to $17,000 for women seeking maternity coverage to $143,000 for those with a history of metastatic cancer.
The bill’s sponsors ponied up more aid Wednesday to make insurance affordable for all those Americans, but the measure’s funding would still fall far short of the amount needed to do so — almost $200 billion short over 10 years, even if only 5% of those in the state exchanges fell into the high-risk pool, the Center for American Progress has projected. No surprise there — exorbitant costs sunk the high-risk pools that states used before the ACA, even though they excluded many applicants and denied coverage for some costly conditions.
This is the history that we left behind when the ACA was adopted, and rightly so. It would be foolish to go back now.

archie-the rubber room guy goes off half-cocked without knowing what he is talking about. This bill is nowhere
near its final form but it does already have 8billion(over 5 years)in it to help those with pre-existing conditions pay premiums. The bill has yet to be scored by CBO so we do not know where shoring-up will be needed. It will be massaged in the senate. Rand Paul has some great ideas one of which is High Risk Pools -albeit with subsidies and
the other is for people to buy at group rates. He proposes the AARP , as an example, of a large group of folks who could buy at the lower rates. Insurance companies have a bad habit of pushing off their costs/losses on the individual buyer who pays the highest premiums. So buying groups is one way to help. Furthermore, the taxpayers were obligated for up to one trillion dolllars to subsidize Obamacare (both the insured and the insurer). Rand estimates that the new plan will reduce that to some 500 billion but he does not want that either as the taxpayers have enough on their plate and should not be subsidizing insurance companies. The free market is a way to go and
let the weak insurers fall by the wayside. It is way too early for anyone to render judgment on this plan because it is still very much incomplete. The Senate should improve it significantly and in a month or two we should have a handle on what it would look like if it were passed. Meanwhile, Obamacare is imploding and something needs to happen before the insured in that plan are left with nothing. The rubber room guy is being his usual wise azz who
has his hand out for a taxpayer subsidy. He could give a rat's rear end about anyone else as long as his family has premiums subsidized by the working man/woman. The man is greed personified without the moral decency to act
like an adult. America First !!!
