But it seems to me like the republicans don't want to reduce spending or government and now, Trump isn't truly leading us in that direction, but I'm willing to give him some time. What kills me though, are the republicans who seem to actually be as liberal as the democrats. Obamacare will NEVER be repealed unless the pre-existing conditions and the mandate are totally removed. The states can then deal with those who don't have health insurance or cannot get it. It would then be a non-DC issue.

you really don't even understand how far this is over your little pointy undeveloped head....I am talking about hand-designed microprocessor-based controller principles before these devices were even marketed. Now you need to describe how to interface a radar controller (all necessary interfaces) and then program it with interrupt-based routines in assembler language to address each specific phase of a radar tracking cycle. Now take that toy and figure out how to do that...better yet, call the vendor and see if that controller is even capable.....ask them what interface hardware is needed (for peripherals and a dedicated math board before on-board co-processor chips even came into being) and what software they can provide you to operate a system controller, A/D sampling circuitry that feeds an array processor board to perform at least a 128-point Fast Fourier Transform that will take radar returns from the receiver, change them from time to Doppler frequency domains and then use those returns and interface them to a digital shaft encoder that will provide real-time pedestal positioning data that aligns itself with missile trajectory...from the time of locking in on track until the missile flight is over and the pedestal returns to the stowed position. See if THAT is just some off-the shelf bullshit you can solve with a couple of sentences...the way it was done then....if you know your shit....you can do so without calling names...and yeah....ask your friends do they know about Michelson and Thompson Labs at the China Lake (Then named Naval Weapons Center) Naval Air Warfare Center. Ask them then what do they know about the Electronic Warfare Division, Countermeasures Branch. Ask them what was developed at Michelson Lab around the mid-80's. They should be able to tell you a lot and some names because it all began there before contractors were given final products for mass production.....

Ask your people how this was done back then with VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration)-level discrete Texas Instruments LS (Low Power Schottky) chips were used and initial circuits consisted of wire-wrapped boards before they were tested. Also, if they know anything about the Shuttle, ask them what portions of Shuttle Endeavour and associated test equipment had to be converted from Apollo-era DTL (Diode to Transistor) logic to TTL (Transistor to Transistor) logic and why. Also ask them what successful testing criteria consisted of. How is that for a fake person? Your answers shouldn't take long to find. Good luck!!
