Like it or don't we Must be a part of it as a voice of reason. We should however: a. Pay only our 'fair' share of 1/191% and not a penny more and: b. Put them on notice that they have one year to find a suitable location outside of the U.S. as we've decided to re-purpose the current location.

As long as we have veto power we need the UN. If the UN decides to get rid of that power for us alone or for all the nations with veto power then the UN is useless and we should withdraw. I will not be surprised if it goes away one day. Not a penny more! They would probably pack for Europe in a week.
