Why do people like you talk about the 34% corporate tax rate being the highest rate in the Free World when Verizon has a negative tax rate and pays zero taxes. How about GE they have paid no federal taxes in 10 years. So stop you're BS. I don't hate these companies but why should They pay zero taxes. These companies over a two period collectively made $191 billion and only paid $2.5 billion in taxes. That's .01% tax rate not 34% and each one of those companies during that time had negative tax year and paid zero.

So stop you're BS and if Trump gets his tax reform passed the corporate tax rate goes from 34% to 15% and no corporation will be paying taxes.
I don't detest the 1% I applaud them all I want is... (show quote)

You have a point. It is popular folk music to whine about welfare cheats and yet the amount of money sucked out of the economy by corporate welfare in the form of tax loopholes is obscene but mostly ignored.

So, America loses one third of it's manufacturing jobs outsourced overseas, and foreigners with the blessings of Democrats and RINOs come in and take a large chunk of what's left. Corporations don't pay their fair share? What is their fair share, turdnest? We have the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Of course Corporations don't pay taxes. At least not to us. They moved overseas to countries that DO think they pay their "fair share." By the way, Einstein; what about the 50% of Americans who pay no income tax? Is that their fair share? They get all sorts of government assistance for free. Is that fair? Shouldn't the ones who are able at least go out and do some of those "jobs Americans won't do?" I don't mean elderly and disabled, I mean healthy people of working age who make more off of welfare than they would at a job.

Personally I believe corporations should pay around a 15% to 0 % tax rate. I also believe no corporation should get subsidies or be allowed to use loopholes. Obviously if the majority of corporations were paying rates as low as you state none would be overseas. My problem with you is you are blaming this tax rate and loopholes on Trump. The president of GE was picked by Obama to lead one of his job initiatives. The Democrats are as much in bed with corporations as Republicans. I am personally for a very simple tax code. Flat or fair tax with no carve outs for anyone. No more subsides. No more tax breaks for having babies etc. All our bloated tax code is now is a payoff to special interest groups. Corporations are not the only special interest groups. Many tax breaks are used by politicians to curry favor with voting blocks.

You usually have know idea what your talking about and I see you haven't changed your pattern. There are plenty of welfare cheats as you acknowledge. The difference; corporations employee millions using profits to pay. Welfare cheats take my dime and I receive no benefit.

Just so you know; the so called rich in this country pay at least 70% of all Federal Taxes. About 50% of Americans pay no Federal taxes. You might want the rich to pay more but I would like to see every American contribute.

As I posted a few days back the Trump followers are secretly passing legislation that the far right absolutly loves.

It's just a continuation of actual legislation. After all the Republicans cannot repeal or replace the ACA after 8 years they still have no idea.

Now they vote to allow the internet provider to sell personal info, and now removing states rights.,the only time the right wing screams about states right is when it helps the corporate elite.
Just another piece of legislation that I am trying to keep you right wing OPP bloggers that loves to say fake news but you can't deny actual legislation but you will.

Since I do own a modest corporation I do know what I am talking about. My point is that annoying though welfare cheating is, the biggest corporations gluttony makes that a flea bite in comparison. Lowering or at least adjusting tax rates on smaller companies like
LLC's and Sub "S" Corps would greatly benefit small business and therefore job creation. There is a place for large corporations and some good work they do but they also have boatloads of money to pay lobbyists to finesse the tax code and loopholes in their favor under the corrupt current American system of government.
Obsessing about some marginal lowlife cheating to get welfare is rather small minded in the grand scheme of things.
You are correct in one thing; I have "know" idea
(Whatever that is...😄)

Even people on welfare put that money back into the economy by consuming food, gasoline clothing and other commodities since all of these items are taxed at some level of production. Before you righties start screaming ...I do not support the notion of allowing able bodied people to collect money from the government without an exchange of labor, even if it is chipping weeds in front of City Hall or schlepping bed pans at a local hospital. In a true Meritocracy them that work eat, them that don't go on a (much needed in most cases) diet. (Children should obviously be exempt from the consequences of their delinquent parents indolence.)

Nice catch by the way on the misspelling. You haven't read enough of my posts obviously to know where I really stand. I have said often I do not want corporations or any one else to be allowed loopholes and/or subsidies. Obsessing on welfare cheating? I doubt if it ever crosses my mind if not for someone discussing the subject. I have said many times I would love to see a flat or fair tax. This plan would go a long way in getting rid of the lobbyist's.

So the very 1% that you detest, you put in charge of your money. Makes sense. Let me guess. You were a good little Republican while things were going great. In typical liberal fashion when you lost it all none of it was your fault. Well, I get it now. Now that you see yourself as a perpetual victim you had to join the Democrats.

Nope never a Fu?king republican I have been a independant. Belonging to the the Republican Party now would be having to agree with the freaks such as yourself and that patholgcal liar in the White House. I believe in fair taxation and some form of regulation on the corporate elite.
I believe in making SS and Medicare care stronger not tearing it down. I believe that fu$ks like Trump should be in jail when AH like you want to put him on Rushmore

You liberals should be totally pissed about Mt. Rushmore....who, but the mega-insane, would deface a bunch of rocks to honor American presidents??!! Must be some sort of environmental rape.

So, Hitlery, obastard, and their ilk commit ACTUAL crimes; you want to indict Trump for NO POLITICAL crime(s)? Clearly, you may have had some sort of brain injury.
