Before we had environmental standards, rivers would catch fire. Untold millions were sickened and murdered, yes, murdered because these companies knew better. Now Trump is giving them the chance to sicken and murder again by removing regulations for the bottom line: which is not American health and welfare but Corporate Profit, the Almighty Dollar. Not clear at this writing what devastating effects these egregious removals of protections for US citizens will be, but they will drastically effect the health and welfare of many Americans. But you have made it obvious you do not care. Trump is the cat's pajamas. Whatever he says and does is the bee's knees. And once it all fall's apart, and it will, you will still be blind.

Dross, nobody is against clean rivers and air. Let's keep it up. BUT, let's not go crazy like the EPA has done. The rivers you talk about that caught fire was "river", singular. It was the Cuyahoga in Cleveland, OH. and it was vastly overblown. There was some junk on the water that caught fire and it has been hyped ever since the 60's. If you would investigate some of the tyrannical EPA rules instead of blabbing untruths you would find that we do not need most of their crap and it will do nothing but get worse. Standing water on your property that comes under the control of the EPA etc, etc. You libs latch onto a few things and hype them up and make them sound bad and keep harping on them until people start believing it. These things start out small, like having smoking sections on planes and restaurants, then no smoking on planes and restaurants, then no smoking in airports, then no smoking within 50 feet of a door. They know they can't get it all passed at once so they do it a little at a time until finally you have tyranny. We are getting very close to tyrannical rule when we have 30 or so unelected czars that can make policy regardless of what Congress does. Congress is powerless to stop these czars. Will you libs start looking at the whole picture? You won't like what you see.

Those who know history are condemned, gladly, to repeat it. Power, money, and prestige. No lessons will stop people like Trump, Pol Pot, Stalin, Madoff, and so on from making the same mistakes and looking to get away with it through lies, intimidation, corruption, suppression, and murder.

You have just indicted the past regime, and, as a typical Alinskyite, you have tried to turn it around and make it look like it's the right doing it. These tactics will eventually be detected.

It is not placing "successful people" in leadership positions that has made this country great. Take an honest look at the Robber Barons late 19th Century. The "Social Darwinism" that you support is a lie. It is elected honorable people, men and women of conscience. You make a false dichotomy to bolster your point. The choice is not between a successful or unsuccessful person, but a person of character against one that has less.

I suppose you are talking about none other than Clinton.

Yet all your Democrats/Marxist leader have possessed not simply bad character but evil and anti American intentions and agenda but, being part of that despicable mob, you are blind to it. You're no better than a blotter to their lies and propaganda.

How do we know what is in anyone's heart? My their words and actions. Case closed on Trump!

Well Dross, here we go again. Btw, what is the Dr. represent? Doctor of what?

When Obama repeatedly nominated hard-left individuals to make up his administration, that was not an error or error of vetting—it was a pattern, a progressive pattern.

The bobble heads allowed themselves to be duped by the media; the medias portrayed those appointments as a series of greatness to fundamentally changing America.

So, what the bobbleheads didn't realize is, the Team Obama was simply nominating those who shared his goals of radically changing America. Thus, they we're transformed into the progressive ideology as well. Now, 8 yrs. later? you all are stuck in a progressive loop.

So, using your phrase, "words and actions". Trump surrounds himself with CEO's who DON'T throw money at mistakes, they fix them. That is, if the political system let's him.

So you don't take what I say out of context, he's brought in CEO's, but he still has to have established life long politicians for directions. The problem with that is, who in the politicians world is truly a stand up guy/woman? They all have skeletons clanking around the closets. So who's to say which politicians are truly on Trumps team. Remember, he's in the middle of the SWAMP.

Mind you, this is not a perfect world, there will be mistakes made. But like CEO's, when mistakes are made, they correct them; they don't throw more money at the problem expecting it to go away. As the Democrats have proven over the generations.

Doctor of DROSS. or a meaningless and selfish life. CEOs head corporations whose bottom line is profit, not people. And corporations are not people. They would not throw money away on an autistic child for a better education: actuary charts would prove that foolish. Humanity has nothing to do with their decisions: it is cost/profit analysis. Is that what you want? The only subject is money and how to make more? No human or humane input? "Let's cut after school meals and programs; that is 1.6 billion in savings." "Meals On Wheels? If they are getting Meals On Wheels will they last to 2018? Probably shut-ins who never get out to vote. Highly limited electoral support there, cut the program."

You need to read up, or stop while your behind. Your ignorance is nearly embarrassing (for you ) to all of us, reading your drivel.

"Meals on wheels " is funded from a "block grant " of 1.65 billion.
Did you get that. ....."Block grant"

From the Block grant "only 3%" of Meals for wheels funding comes from the block grant.

Meals for wheels does not depend on federal government funding to exist.

I'm not going to do the work for you. A good start would be to learn "how" meal on wheels is funded.

Your running with the sheeple, "oh my God, Trump is cutting funding, starving the elderly ", which in reality is a "fake" news lie

Jackasses fall for fake news and based on your ignorant drivel your a Gold status Member of the jackass club

Eventually, maybe, if they were true. You attribute all Liberals, Progressives, and Democrats in this nation and Congress as being typical "Alinskyites"? I would wager at least two thirds never heard of Alinsky. I only heard of him here. To you, Liberals are not people with a variety of beliefs and ideas, like anyone else, but an unthinking, homogeneous plot for a One World Order. Automatons of evil. How did you discover this fact? We are watching you. Haha.

You are confusing both the funding and the disposition of defunding. I work for my local Senior Center. Meals On Wheels may survive, and probably will survive, with increased contributions from private citizens. That is not the point. Defunding is the point. With this lie to defund: "studies have shown there is no discernible benefit to this program." The same statement about denying food and support for after-school programs. Total lies. There is more than abundant information that those two programs are extremely beneficial. They were both cut with a lie. An indecent lack of humanity as a cost-saving promogated by deception. Why lie? Justification for being Capitalist.

Do you have references to these "lie" studies? Copy of studies? Not journalist undocumented claims.

I agree. Gone are Lemonade stands by kids. Ridiculous. Giving food to the homeless by restaurants that are required to throw away by time and not by ruin is banned. Ridiculous. Over-reach! But that does not mean all regulation is bad.

Okay. Swing away. But a note: "sexual dysfunction" does not need an advocate or cheerleader. Let's go scripture? What does the Bible say about the law? Restrictions promote rebellion. Our nature. The major and life-saving difference between the OT and NT is that the NT is not about restrictions. Think about it.
