Suppose everyone thought alike.....The world would function in unison.

Nirvana? Utopia?.......Oh, yeah....

But...Reality intervenes.

Do you want to be strong or weak?
A simple choice.

Now, every aspect of life must be examined from the micro to macro.

Choose your category.

Micro? Do you want to be a strong person in your relationships? Parent? Job?
Of course the answer should be "Yes".
Why not?
Be strong....But don't be angry, or mean.

Macro? As a nation, strong is better than weak.

The confusion we have now is the liberals saying a weak nation is strong because a weak nation accepts being weak as a sign of acceptance which is seen as a strength. Confusion.

Do these people study history at all?

We are going through a time where governments are saying they have the answers, yet, they create the problems.

However, if you love the United States of America, you should love it to be the strongest nation.
Why? Because the rest of the world is under siege.

We..Americans....Are the last bastion of support and civility.

Get this now before it's too late.

Well, being as globalism requires all nations under one roof, so to speak, that would need a world order.
Since virtually every nation has been stout in their borders, cultures and language....and Tribes,
It's hard to imagine a globalist government without mass murder of innocents that are in the way of "Progress"

Wipe out the one's that don't agree with the agenda.....Sounds like communism.

America is about free trade.....Yet, we deal in a world which is not subject to our internal laws. Thus you have an imbalance.
Picture this......
You have a pail of water.....But, some have less than a pail of water. Why? That is another question.
Do you equalize the level of water so everyone has equal amounts?
Or, do you strive to increase the level?
In one scenario, the "equality" results in deprivation.

Let us face the Reality.

As much as the USA has done for nations and people around the world, we can't fix the nature of the people around the world.
We, as world, have seen this before.

So, tell me.......Are "Progressives" AKA "Liberals" The answer?

No.......We are still Nation States with vested interests in our own self interests.

What you say makes too much sense. Common sense isn't very common. What I don't understand about Liberals us, if they hate this country, they are free to leave. The Nirvana society they look upto, Socialism, has been tried in many countries, and failed miserably every time. The USSR,the biggest. most powerful Socialist nation in world history went down about 30 years ago. Look at Cuba, Venezuala, etc. They can go to the Socialist countries, but, ofcourse, no one wants to.

Here is the gist, as I see it.......
In a society, you have to have order. You must have laws to give people a template for public behavior.
You must have laws to protect the people of your nation and state. This is just common sense.

We already have a template, it's called the Constitution of the United States of America.
It's called freedom. Free the people to do well by each other.
Human nature has the good and the bad.......That is why we need laws and courts and so on.....
We don't always treat each other with fairness and equality.....We don't.
We, as humans, have never done this. Never.
A cursory look at history of nations shows who wins.....and who loses.

Now, it comes down to why some nations succeed, and why some don't.

I have had the benefit of traveling the world. I have seen first hand of abject poverty, and wealth. I could be considered one of the lucky people. I had good parents...I was given freedom of choice.....and I was given my own thought.
I was able to make mistakes! And learn from them.

Along the way, I learned about what works, and what doesn't. The people I have dealt with taught me every step of the way.
As long as I kept my eyes open and my ears, and my brain....I learned.

I have been to 16 countries.....We don't think alike.

But, consider this....Why do people always want to come to America?

Freedom. It's not they are all good people....No...Bad people love freedom as much as good people.
In fact, the bad favor freedom more than the good. That is why we need laws even as we espouse freedom.

But, when government get's too big, they control. They control everything.

If you had a job where you could vote for a pay raise, would you take it? Of course!
That is congress.
If you had a job where you knew you really couldn't get fired, had a pay raise every year, a federal pension and healthcare, would you take it? Of course!
That is called working for the government.
It is couched as "Working for the people".........Hmmmmm...

All this government is paid for by......The people that are the core of America.....Let's get that straight.

And, I'll tell what I have seen in Cuba......The average Cuban gets about 25 dollars a month. Yes, they have free access to education....Dictated by the the communist government...Yes, they have healthcare....Dictated by the government...Freedom of the press, of speech? No. They don't have that. Cubans don't own anything.....Nothing. They are essentially prisoners in their own country.

You have to escape Cuba......

Now, why do liberals like this government?

Because they get control and wealthy........That is the biscuit.
