2bltap Loc: Move to the Mainland

Everyone , here on OPP, I realize this issue has been discussed until the cows come home, but this is another study from a progressive swinging college on the lack of problems for minorities in obtaining ID's to vote and the myth of requiring an ID is racist. Long sentence! Sorry!. In any event I have responded to a number of those here who feel its either racist or that in some such way "NOT FAIR" (Progressive Language) to require a simple thing like the Horrific thing called an ID. I still havent seen any reason for the vast majority (MOST) of people not to have one. Whats the big problem here? By the way apologies for the extra "THE in the header of this topic. Cant edit it?

Anyone who is such an imbecilic low life, so ignorant and incompetent to be so outside of functioning society as to not have ID, should not be voting, period. But of course the liberals would look at that as a lost Democratic vote but that's just plain silly because a person like that wouldn't be voting anyway.

Voters without ID's are not qualified to vote (my opinion) and in our country possibly without citizenship.
How does it make sense to allow this?

well, people have to show an id when they see the doctor, or if you get opioid meds and when they take an airplane trip or when they are stopped by the police, bit when they vote, they don't?????? sounds kinda STUPID to us all!!! who do they think they are, above the law??????

OK....every news paper...every tv channel... every internet search tool
should publish a request for people to come forward with their SAD story on
WHY they do not have a valid ID.
How did this terrible turn of events in their lives "stopped" them from getting
a VALID ID.

THUNDERBOLT, I was actuallly hoping that coolbreeze would respond to this as I have commented on this with him here on OPP. As far as the other progressives on this site, I just cant imagine them coming up with anything of substance that would further this conversation other than to be called an IST, ISM OR PHOBIA or some such other bullshit. You know, some of us here have posted some really strong postings when responding to someone. But I would bet that if somehow we were all to actually meet in person at one location at the same time, that the progressive individuals that are here would try and spout the same crap as they do on this blog. SOme might be able to come to a happy medium MAYBE. I would be curious as to how much we would all be able to agree on regarding our country's real issues. HMM. What do you think? As to your point, I really think it would be hilarious to hear what was preventing them from getting something so easy as an ID to vote. In my opinion, anyone now a days who dont have an ID is either to fricken lazy, steals someone elses identity or quite frankly they are DEAD!!!!!!!!
