Any travel ban, that the President makes is Constitutional Regardless of whether or not it prevents a group of people from immigrating to the United States or not.
"Oh ranger, you are wrong. It is unconstitutional, because American citizens are suffering damage because of tourism" is what many say to me. Other say, "Ranger it's racist, etc."
Yet everyone is missing the point.
Let me show the Amendments of the Consititution for a moment. Lets look at the 14th, 15th, and the preamble of the Constitution.
14th amendment wrote:

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Section 2.
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed. Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Section 4.
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Section 5.
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

This amendment applies to
A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES therefore an immigrant who is not naturalized is not under this amendment or any provision or amendment to the Constitution of the United States, period.
Let's look at the 15th amendment:
15th amendment of the Constitution of the United States wrote:
Amendment XV
Section 1.
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Section 2.
The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Here again, this voting privilege applies only to US Citizens not the immigrant who has not be naturalized.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
We the people of the United States, not We, the People of the World. We are one nation of the World, which makes us different from the World. The immigrant has no rights under the Constitution. If the President wants to make a band, for whatever reason, to prevent people from entering this nation, then he and Congress have that power.
Donald Trump, put into effect the ban to "Provide for the common defense", not to be racist and to discriminate against the peoples of the earth. Certain countries of this world seek to destroy the United States and it would be foolish to allow the enemy to enter into this country. So the Travel ban should stand! If the travel band is not upheld, then the last line of defense is the American People. And if the People rise up and arm themselves against the people that the band prevents entry into this country, by people who are sworn enemies of the United States, will the liberals listen to reason then?
I would rather have the Department of Homeland Security, The CIA, NSA, FBI, Border Patrol, and the US Coast Guard, as well as the Military, enforce such a band, then to riddle the land with blood, of my neighbors fighting for their own security.

Oh really, how many terrorist attacks must we endure, before we become a nation like Israel, where terrorist attacks are an everyday lifestyle? I for one will arm myself, if the government of the United States, allows terrorists to enter into this country. Wouldn't you?
