This woman and any one else who refuses to do his job must be fired immediately. No need to wait until they fail in the line of duty she said he would not do her job, that should be all that is required to have just cause to fire her. After all, if you hired a dog sitter who said, pay me but I will not take care of your dog, would you say fine, don't do the job, we will still pay you? Of course not, you would fire the person immediately. Archie would even fire the person he hired to feed the goldfish if the person did not do so.
