Where are you getting this rubbish? Provide a link. You or someone, said "Article II is the only one dealing with the president and there is nothing in it that specifies anything about a presidents private business. The possibility lies only in the Article I Section 6 "Emoluments Clause", and that's a stretch." Take a breath. Take another. Maybe one more. Let me ask a question: why this extremely fervent defense of Trump's financial holdings as not being subject to our Constitution? It is very weird. All other presidents have freely allowed their assets and investments to go into a blind trust? Why not Trump? Why should he be exempt?

Which "all other presidents?" How about Jackson? Adams? Hayes? Cleveland? McKinley? Unless you can show me an Amendment to the US Constitution ratified since those Administrations came into being, you are full of crap. Let's move it up a little; How about Wilson, or Harding, or Hoover?

How about it, Mr. Constitutional Authority? Let's see the amendment.

Inaccurate quote according to the Constitution. Where dies his quote come from? Section of Constitution?
Dr.Dross wrote:
It is not an option for a US president to keep or divest their financial interests: not to do so defies two articles in the Constitution. It is a federal crime of severe proportions. Giving it over to his family violates the Constitution. He needs to create a blind trust or be subject to prosecution. Also, he needs to finally release his tax statements, the only president who has failed to do so, so that the extent of his holdings will clarify any potential conflict of interest.

As patriots and loyal to the Constitution, we would expect this of Trump. Why not? Those articles in the Constitution he would violate by not divesting himself of his worldwide financial empire were not recently written by MSNBC or Pelosi into the margins of the single greatest constitution ever created; they were inserted by the Founding Fathers of democracy to protect the office and this country from undue foreign and domestic influence and to avoid compromise by the self-interests of the president at the detriment of the republic. It is an extremely serious matter.

Breaking precedent by refusing intelligence briefings and limiting free press access and reports may bolster the view of Trump as being out of "the swamp" and ready to shake things up to "make America great again" (that is and always has been great), but these actions violate public safety and the First Amendment. A free press is crucial to maintaining our Republic. You may like to think the Media is totally corrupted and controlled by Soros or the liberal One World Order, but the Media also includes Fox News and Rush Limbaugh on radio, for example. Access to public airways is neither restricted nor controlled by the Left or Right. And the internet is wide open. In surveys and research taken by dozens of respectable organizations over the past fifty years, the skew since the 60s favors more conservative outlooks in the general Media. I know, I know, it is vital you disbelieve those reports. If not, who can you blame for contrary facts to your beliefs and biases. Merry Christmas!

You'd likely do better out of the National Enquirer than out of some left wing rag.

I am taking the advice to think more, and here is what I think...Personally, I don't give a damn about what this P.O.S. has, so long as his love for money does not start a war, causing people to be killed trying to protect his so called businesses, especially the businesses he has in other countries (That he is never going to bring to this country), but is he low down enough to use our military to protect his shit.
Also, if he did molest, or if it can be proven that he did anything, that these ladies have accused him of doing, he should be in jail. You can cry about the shit that Clinton did, and I will agree with you, he should be in jail too. Because no man, that will, or has disrespected any woman, should ever be respected as a man, and for every damned one you that does support this P.O.S., it makes you just as fu@#$@ up as he is.
Especially those of you, that support the fact that if he is found guilty, that he should not be prosecuted, and put where he belongs, and that is prison cell with three legged, 7'4" Big John, he spouts off about how much he loves to fight, I think he should have the chance to prove himself. Because how does he know he loves to fight, the ONLY fighting he has ever done is in a court room.
Another thing, have you people forgotten how he has fu@#$% so many people, all of the many times that her has filed bankruptcy? And not paying the many people that were fools enough to work for him? This guy is no damned good!!!

You have never, ever made a an off color comment about a good looking woman? You were never just out with the guys, and said something in private? You expect us to believe that?

As far as filing for bankruptcy, he has done that four times. He has had eleven business fail. he has had more than 500 succeed. That is about a 97% success rate. How many businesses have you started? Successful or otherwise? Who did he not pay? A couple of contractors who did below standard work? You wouldn't have paid them either. Hillary lost. The Democrats lost even more seats in the House and Senate, more governor's races, more local races. This election was a Conservative victory from President to dog catcher.

Maybe you think that Hillary would have done better. You don't like Billy boy? Just where the hell did you THINK he was going to hang his spurs if Hillary won? You think he would not have been co-president? Think he would just hang out and be a houseplant while Hillary made all the decisions? (When he wasn't chasing interns, that is). Donald Trump is accused of making one off color comment when he thought he was in private. Slick Willie has had countless extramarital affairs, not all of them entirely consensual. Hillary and Billary defrauded a bunch of people during Whitewater. Hillary was cut loose from the Watergate investigation for her unethical behavior, and couldn't pass the Bar exam for DC, which is one of the easiest in the country.

Suck it up. You lost. Hillary lost. America won.

I find it interesting that the bed-wetters know so much about Trumps future plans, right down to the day and the minute when he will do this or that, but are incredibly blind to what has been documented failure after failure in the last eight years.

They actually held "hope" that 37 electors were just going to flop and agree with them, in the end it was their queen that lost the most votes. Now they'll protest on inauguration day and ultimately just fight for the next four years, the majority not even knowing why, only that the headlines and cartoons say they should. If God forbid I was a frog licking hippie, I'd just sit back, let Trump go and find out what's really going to happen. Libs lost, the witch is dead.

You are too far gone, reality to you is a cartoon...And hell no, I have never disrespected a woman, and I never will. I have found that men, or so called men that do disrespect any woman, needs just what I described for you hero d.j. tramp.
The election is over, he bought it, but that does not make him a man, especially one that has the balls to be a president. So, don't be stupid enough to hold your breath, waiting for that "Make America Great Thingy." America, even with it's faults, is already is the greatest country in the world, so he is wasting your time, and the only thing he is going to do, is make America a replica of Russia...

Obama and his alleged wife Michael, defrauded the nation for 8 years. Even his birth certificate has just been proven beyond any doubt to be fraudulent. Obama is a criminal; he did nothing that benefited America. You still support him. You are one of those who are like turkeys voting for thanksgiving dinner.
