I'm not one for strict adherence for scripture. I'm sure it's all pretty close though. Either way, this world is in trouble. God has a plan and I'm hoping to be in Heaven, just like you.

Nothing to adhere to in prophecy...it's just a description of world politics in the time we live in. Every bit is coming true at this moment. The 6th Trumpet War (emanating from the Euphrates River Valley) has already been joined...and everyone is there for the party. We slept through the first 5.

The interesting thing about those interpretations is that essentially none have a role for the US in the last battles. Could be because we stopped existing.

I believe that the trumpets will not occur until after the 7 year Tribulation begins, and not until after the 7 seals. And that begins when the peace treaty is signed by the Antichrist. Since that hasn't happened yet...And when did the first trumpet sound? I don't recall that one. Here it is.

“The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.” (Revelation 8:7)

The seals, trumpets and vials are event timelines all ending at the 2nd coming. The 4 horsemen have long ridden out. The first in 300 AD. The Trumpets began with WWI. For any interested, the 3rd Trumpet was Chernobyl...which means Wormwood. This video is a secular documentary of the effect Chernobyl had in Europe. Interestingly, though, the footage begins with the quotation of Revelation and the Chernobyl Memorial is a statue of an angel blowing a trumpet.
