This is an outright lie. Read the EO yourself. It promotes free communications among the affected parties. It does not grant any authority whatsoever of the union over the IRS.

Smoking gun? NOT!"

No one has even attempted a rebuttal. All the response I've received is so much verbal flatulence; aka ad hominem attacks

I made a general statement directed to all. Remember, the subject here is the alleged smoking gun.

Well I would hate to see it happen, but if it comes to that we all have an obligation to our country to protect the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson said in a letter from Paris re the Shay Rebellion: God forbid we should ever be 20 years without a little Rebellion. It is the life's blood of our republic. Sometimes a little rebellious outcry from the public is exactly what is needed. Any veteran took the oath to"uphold the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic". Also ALL Congressmen, Senators, and the President took almost the exact same oath. Makes you wonder when Obama's lies really started. Did he ever really intend to keep the oath he took?
Are the Senate and Congressional seats just a self-serving way of garnishing their fortunes from the backs of the American tax-payers? Has the time finally come for term limits for all Senate and Congressional seats? Abso-frigginlutely!! It's way past due time.

Ok, now how do we manage to get those term limits. It would take an amendment to the Constitution and I really don't know how to get one like that through both houses of the Congress.

First thing is to vote out as many of the "Progressive" pigs out of both houses as possible-starting with Reid and Pelosi. Then voters need to clean out all the RINO's from the Republican caucus. Then we need to elect candidates who won't be afraid to tell all the PAC's to take a flying leap. To vote their true convictions and listen to their constituents. That's how we start. Yes, I know it is a tall order, but if we want back the America we once had, that is the hard choices we are going to HAVE TO MAKE.

I lost my good Congressman to redistricting a year or so ago and got one who keeps writing to me about whatever someone has griped to him about. Between the two of them I think that I am well taken care of. Now I am not so sure about my Senators but think the one I trust most is going to retire as soon as his term is up.

You are surely right and I think that we may see enough Dems losing in 2014 but we do need to get rid of RINOs like McCain, and some others. I liked the new name for them i saw this evening, GAGA, Go along to get along. That one fits Boehner so well and it surely fits Lindsay Graham.

Quid Pro Quo,USpatriot77: "Did he ever really intend to keep the oath he took?" My opinion is that he has been groomed since he was a kid for this internal attack on our country. Do you remember that Muslim Obama put his hand "over" the Bible, not "on the Bible" when he was sworn in by Roberts? Muslim Obama's grand parents were socialists that mostly raised him. I have read that they assigned him to a mentor who was a known card carrying communist in a school somewhere around Seattle. Then there is the Revern Jeremiah Wright for 20 years, and Saul Alinski the bomber and socialist in who's living room Obama started in campaign for the Illinois legislature. Then when you look at his unconstitutional actions and policies since he has been in office, for me, I don't have a hard time concluding that Muslim Obama never intended to keep his Oath of office, and that he is a traitor plain and simple. Strong statement to follow. CrazyHorse

Obama is by far the worst thing that has ever happened to the American political system. Assassination would only make a martyr out of him and his "crony followers" would only get more emboldened to push their agenda.

Quid Pro Quo, FEDUP: When you have to tell everyone you're an attorney, you aren't much of one. Also, there is a distinction between a "Lawyer" and an "Attorney". An attorney has a licence to practice law. A lawyer has one also, but he also has the ability to plead the case, beyond just being an attorney. Anyway, thats my view of it.

Boehner is one of the worst RINOs and that makes him just a bit of a Democrat thinker. That would be much like McCain, Graham and a number of others who we call RINOs. Not a conservative in the bunch.
