I am new to this site but have read a few forums for a couple months. It really amazes me some of the diarrhea that some of you liberals spew from your mouth...especially trying to protect the lies that this current liar and chief tells the American public. Impeach Obama...Phil Robertson for president. It's grow a beard month for Phil.

I think that A & E may find themselves without the very best show they have on now. I really don't think the rest of the family will succumb to the throwing out of Phil Robertson. The business gave in to the gay lobby and moved a little too soon, I think. I don't think there are any gays in that family and they won't sit back and allow this act to take only one of them down.

One of my favorite late night watches is on A & E but I won't be watching that channel until they admit to this mistake.

Nothing like a little persecution to wake Christians up out of their slumber! This may turn out for the best in the long run.

I don't think so. You yourself posed what I think is the relevant question which is how much of Duck Dynasty's audience is gay and how much is straight, and yet you think the reaction from the gay audience is going to help them? A&E is already getting so much flak from their straight audience for this move that they will probably revoke Phil Robertson's suspension at any time.

Either way I think this will be positive for Bible believing folks.

Well, isn't Atheism a religion? If so, then why are we bombarded by their beliefs?

It is, it merely elevates man to the position occupied by God in other religions. We are bombarded by their beliefs because few folks seem to have figured that out.

Sophisticated views must mean the same thing as PC. Of course, I really think I have a right to be against same sex anything but those who believe in PC don't agree with that at all. Most of them are willing to go along with gays in order to try very hard to push Christianity out of the society.

PC or Fabian socialism. Take your pick.

Did anybody here get to see Sarah Palin on Hannity tonight? She did one of the best jobs of talking about Phil and the rest that I have heard so far. Of course, no leaners will want to hear her but I sure did like it.

Sarah Palin! :XD: :XD: :XD:

You certainly put a lot of good information in your post. However may I ask a question? Answer only if you choose to. In Islam homosexuality is a sin that is punishable by death. With more and more Muslims migrating to the U.S., how long will it be before they take over the democratic party? If/when this happens where will the homosexuals turn after they are expelled from the democratic party by the Muslims? Surely Muslims will not tolerate homosexuals in the democratic party will they?

As a matter of fact, homosexuality is considered a capital offense not only in the Qu'ran and in Islam under Sharia law, but in the Old Testament, common in the Torah, the Book of Leviticus outlined what is referred to as Mosaic Law, that homosexuality is a sin and calls for death as the punishment.

I think it is interesting that we have such an outcry about this guy's response to questions regarding his personal observations and believes - with A&E suspending or whatever they are or will do with this guy.

Notice that there is no outcry about Miley and her clear crude performance - no one is talking about keeping her off the air.

Notice the Mariah story - again putting on a show for another murderous tyrant - yet no one suggests she should be banned from TV performances.

Then you have this Kanye West guy - is it possible to be more crude, ugly, racist, mysoginist than virtually all of his "music" - and yet he gets plenty of exposure on all forms of popular media.

I don't know what this says about our morals and values as a nation - but it sure does say something about our intelligence
I think it is interesting that we have such an out... (show quote)

You and I know what this thing says about our morals and what is happening to them in the name of destroying Christianity.

However, A&E responded with their knee jerk response entirely too soon. They have till March to walk back their outrageous reply to the man since 9 of the10 shows have been taped. He may not be around for any more but I think that the rest of the family have already said that they won't be around either. I really believe that A&E will awaken to what they did and how much it is disliked by the people in this nation.

Hey, it isn't enough to boycott a single network, you have to also boycott the whole family of networks. The A&E Networks are A&E, Lifetime, LMN, History and Bio.

Go a step further, since it is all about ratings, and with that comes advertisers. Boycott the advertisers, too!

It appears to me that not only did you not hear Sarah Palin talking about this thing you wouldn't have heard her if you knew she was going to be on. Responsible and respectable people know that Palin is not what the left and its main weapon, the media have made her out to be.

Oh well those who are willing to go along with that left leaning media and the Democrat party, both who fear her and what she could do to them, will never know for sure.

Thanks Big Mike. Antecdotically, my wife was on the phone with one of our Senators, namely Mark Udall (D-CO), as he was in his Washington Office. She was ranting about the push for Federal Gun Control laws (she and I are both anti gun control, BTW) and also on the subject of immigration. Somehow she asked the question, directly to him, "Isn't Atheism a religion?" He hemmed and hawed and replied back with the standard canned political response, "I'll have to look into that."

So Big Mike, you are 100% on target  when you say that most people have not figured out that it is indeed, a religion. :!: 8-)

Some people on this site are thinking Phil and his clan are not well educated. Check them out on Wikipedia. Phil was the starting quarterback at Louisiana Tech Univ for two years and chose NOT to play on his third year thus providing an opportunity for Terry Bradshaw to make a name for himself. Phil turned down an opportunity to play pro for the Washington Redskins. Phil got his batchelor's and a master's in teaching. He quit though, because he was too much of an outside person. Bro Si is a Vietnam vet. Son

Willie has a degree in health and human services from Univ of Louisiana at Monroe. Willie's wife Korie graduated from HardUniversity. While the rest of the family does not have "sophisticated" educations, they have ALL proven themselves to be hard working honest Americans that are not sitting on their asses waiting for the government to pay their way. These are people that ALL Americans should really be proud of.

Saying this family in country is a complement.
They are not new york or hollywood but they are honest, & speak truth. Now honesty and truth are not well know in d.c. but its still alive outdside the beltway.

Si is also USAF (Ret.) He has alluded to that in a couple of episodes.

I am USN (Ret), am originally from Louisiana, but farther south, where there are bilingual (French) people; I was one of those, too. Yes, calling the Robertsons "Country" is indeed a compliment. "Duck Dynasty" is a rare show on TV these days that entire family can watch.

I'm an avid duck hunter, live 60 miles down the road from the Robertsons and I can't stand their show. I've never had anything against gays as long as they leave me alone, but I now realize they are an intolerant hate group.

Since A & E has chosen to cater to a bunch of queers, that network will NEVER grace the screen of my Samsung. I hope the Robertsons don't cave in to the almighty dollar.
