Neither of those two facts prove anything at all except that you can fool some of the people all of the time.

Always comes down to follow the
Money. In this climate change scam those poor countries will get a shitload of taxpayer US dollars. No wonder they're on board.

Well you asked for an opinion about what is going on with the world's weather !

Here is mine, I remember the beautiful weather back in the 60's when the sky's were really blue, & the air smelled cleaner. But for the past 10 or 15 years. I see the blue sky's not so blue anymore, I see many checker board marking in our sky, & read about Con Trails, Then I would see what is called Chem-trails so I looked it up on my computer, There is a big difference between Con Trail & Chem-trails,

Chem _trails are just that! Chemicals being sprayed on us all, Our military is the main source, But there are others doing this chemical dropping, Every day I see planes looking like military planes Big Gray planes most with no marking on them.

A sunny start in the mornings can turn over cast by noon time, & the look is always the same Dirty Grey Sky's. I believe this is what is causing our changing weather Remember all the dead birds , all the dead fish washed up on the shores ? How often do you hear a singing bird today ? Here where I live , I use to hear the call of the Blue Jay's & see them in my back yard & the neighbors yard screaming from the trees, Today days or weeks can go by & I wont see or hear ONE Blue Jay ! Most days the sun looks like it has a cover over it , It is not the same sun I use to see, The sky's aren't as blue as they were, the air does not smell the way it one did.

Call me a crazy old lady if you want, But I know what I see & the big difference of our weather today, It is all Man Made , & it comes from the sky's, that spraying are causing the decline of the birds the fish & yes our trees the brilliants of their color is fading, If this can kill off the birds & the fish, What is it doing to us as people ??
Just look it up on your computer & see if you can see where & who is controlling our weather !
We are all being dumb down, It is hard to make sense of it all if your half asleep, as to whats going on with our weather. This is my Opinion !!
Well you asked for an opinion about what is going ... (show quote)

If you were right about Chem Spraying (and speaking as an ex airline pilot who would know if anything was fitted to my airplane that you are not right) why would not the government do the spraying at night, when you could not see it? Why would they do it by day and in good weather no less, so you could see it being done and so get upset?

June was the warmest on record since 1895 in the U.S., with a monthly average temperature of 71.8 F in Lower 48 states, 3.3 F above normal.

NOAA

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), there have also been eight weather and climate disasters with losses exceeding $1 billion each in the first half of the year—a combination of severe storms and massive flooding.

NOAA

In the Arctic, sea ice extent plunged 100,000 sq. miles below the previous record low set in June 2010, the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) showed. The sea ice extent was 525,000 sq. miles below the 1981-2010 long-term average. From mid-June onwards, ice cover reduced 70 percent faster than typical rate of ice loss, at an average rate of 29,000 sq. miles a day.

Okay, you NOAA and NSiDC proved weather happened, but proved nothing concrete on man made climate change. Again, .... watch the videos.

We are also looking at 2016 as the hottest year in history. Part of that is due to El Nino and must take that into account.. But it does not look good, politically or scientifically...

Carbon Dioxide Levels Set to Pass 400 ppm and Remain Above Symbolic Threshold Permanently

Record carbon dioxide levels are set to surpass the symbolic threshold of 400 parts per million (ppm) this year and will likely never fall below that line again in our lifetimes, according to a new study published Monday in the journal Nature Climate Change.

Scientists at the UK Met Office used emissions data, sea surface temperature figures and a climate model from the Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii to track the trajectory of CO2 levels and found that carbon dioxide "will for the first time remain above 400 ppm all year and hence for our lifetimes."

Emissions have increased over the past 12 months due to the continued burning of fossil fuels, but the impact has also been exacerbated by an unbridled El Niño event. Reports from earlier this year also found that 2016 is poised to become the hottest year in recorded history.

The findings highlight increasingly urgent concerns about global efforts to curb climate change as outlined in the Paris agreement negotiated last December and signed in April by nearly 170 nations.

"It's a sign we are still on track for a high emissions scenario. We won't be looking at below 400 ppm in our lifetimes," Richard Betts, co-author of the study and Met Office scientist, told Climate Home.

The outlet's editor Ed King reports:

The fact emissions rose faster than usual, Betts told Climate Home, was no surprise.

Higher CO2 rates are expected as El Nino warms and dries tropical land areas, slowing the uptake of carbon by trees and plants and increasing the risks of forest fires.

[....] If and when the world continues to warm as the UN's climate science panel predicts it will based on current rates of warming gases, the threat of more fires at that scale could rise.

The study also found that devastating forest fires in Indonesia in 2015 and 2016—which NASA scientists warned at the time were the worst climate crisis on Earth—may have fueled about 20 percent of El Niño's addition worldwide CO2 levels.

Carbon concentrations have passed the 400 ppm limit before, but never permanently. The new study confirms that those days may be over for good.

"Once you have passed that barrier, it takes a long time for CO2 to be removed from the atmosphere by natural processes," Betts told the Guardian on Monday. "Even if we cut emissions, we wouldn't see concentrations coming down for a long time, so we have said goodbye to measurements below 400 ppm at Mauna Loa."

The authors write: "In the longer term, a reduction in CO2 concentration would require substantial and sustained cuts in anthropogenic emissions to near zero."

The safe level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is around 350 ppm maximum, climate advocates say. But according to Betts, "We could be passing above 450 ppm in roughly 20 years."

I believe the climate changes. The latest NASA report shows that carbon emissions is necessary as part of the shield formation to protect us from the ultra violate sun rays. And some group of scam artist want to tax us for putting out too many carbons? I've got some shares of the Golden Gate Bridge to sell just to them; they're "special people." I can meet them in their condos at the Napa State Hospital.

We are in the 16th or 17th consecutive year, thereabouts, of a cooling cycle preparing for the next ice age which may well be a cyclic mini.

We warm as a planet after an ice age, then cool in advance of the next.

In the second video link, it is New York Times bestselling author Alex Epstein, founder of the Center for Industrial Progress.

If you can comprehend those two videos, I have another that will thoroughly enlighten you, but you would need an attention span that would hold you for over an hour, .... and being a leftist, I doubt you have that.

Doubt? My friend,....if brains were nitroglycerin, these 2 ...Rayon and Kevvie, couldn't blow their nose.
