This was a hate crime like all the other hate crimes committed by American Citizens. This is a nation founded on religious freedom. For that reason there are no religious tests. We can't round up American citizen's because they are a certain religion and deport them because we've allowed hate mongers amongst us to make us afraid of them. Where are we suppose to deport American citizens too? No one said freedom was going to be easy. This is one of the hardest tests that can be applied to it to the principles that our country can be founded on. Well, are we supposed to buckle under and fall pray to the worst instincts amongst us?
This is a nation, where a certain part of our population wants anyone to have a weapon of mass destruction--this mentality allows this yahoo to walk in and buy everything necessary to meet his fantasy just days before the shooting. No training, nothing--here's the cash, he's ready to go. Think about that Linda. Hate fills out nation today and in our infinite wisdom we've put AR-15's in the hands of just about every hate filled idiot out there. And you want to blame this on radical Islam? The only thing his religion did was teach him that homosexuality was wrong. Well doesn't doesn't the old Testament teach that homosexuals are supposed to be stoned? Throw in mental illness and a trigger and it doesn't matter what religion he is, he snaps and the result is there for everyone to see.
And I have to ask, were you screaming STOP it after Virginia Tech, after Sandy Hook, after Columbine or after any of the hundreds of shooting where the shooter was a non Islamic American with a screw loose? Your anger is too one sided for me. I'm mad every time someone is allowed to pick up a weapon an kill innocent people. You sit there and attach your label before your anger shows. You are one of the most level headed and compassionate conservatives on this board. Now would be a good time to show it because some of your brothers like Sici and others would love if this were a trigger for a all out war. Well what's the saying; "The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is that Good Men Do Nothing." Radical Christians turning this into a religious war is no different then radical Muslims turning this into a religious war. It's time for the level headed people of this country to stand up and say "not today."
