Is this a signal that Hillary has lied her way out of the race?
Will this debate be seen as the first Presidential Debate of 2016?

There were rumors floating around that Trump had backed out but they have yet to be confirmed and are hopefully false. I can't wait to see this. If Trump does well against Sanders just think how much better he'll be against Hillary.

She declined to debate. Since she believes she won the nomination, why should she stick her neck out?

Here is one more indicator that Hillary may be on her way out, a potential move towards Sanders by the DNC?
Will this be an other nail in Hillary's political coffin?
