Jelun-the FBI , according to the source, is saying that Hillary did not break any laws. That does not mean she did not mishandle classified information. For her to have broken the law, she would have had to willfully mishandle such information. In hercase it was apparently done out of ignorance rather than willfully. That should make you feel much better. The woman is too incompetent and ignorant to recognize sensitive information that should be protected, did not have the good common sense to get her people out of Benghazi before they were murdered, but is qualified to provide security for 300 million people ?? boatbob2-the only way ,from my perspective,is that she supposedly did not "willfully"mishandle classified information because she was too stupid to recognize it as such. Now that would not fly for you and I or another less than elite citizen. I believe the fix might be in because a couple of months ago the president, on national TV, declared that Hillary did not divulge any information harmful to the Security of the Country. If you are the AG that means you do not do anything that would in any way be is disagreement with your boss. Why would the president make such a statement while the investigation is ongoing if not to send a message ? If Hillary walks, it will not come as a surprise. What will, is if she is charged. boatbob2-spent 15years USAF Mil Intel. and if anyone of us had mishandled classified info,to the extent that she did,we would be in Ft. Leavenworth. As you well know, in the military, ignorance is not an excuse. Good Luck America !!!

Merely "transmitting" classified information over a non-secured (Meaning non-encrypted) communications circuit could have landed me in

When I was in the military people were summarily disciplined over very minor indiscretions with classified information that might contain nothing that could endanger national security.
