Judge Napolitano: Someone at State Dept Committed Perjury to Protect Hillary

Fox News - Apr 27, 2016

Judge Andrew Napolitano joined Stuart Varney this morning to react to the latest bombshell revelation in the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

According to conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, the State Department admitted they withheld a key Clinton Email for two years because it showed the former secretary of state was not using a government account for State Department business, but a personal server.

Judge Napolitano said this means that someone at the State Department lied under oath to a federal judge, claiming that they did not know about Clinton's server when in reality they did.

"What is that? Perjury."

Judge Napolitano explained that this gives the FBI another target in investigation, another person to indict and ask to turn state's evidence against Clinton.

"That's why this is bad for Mrs. Clinton, even though it is not directly against her," Judge Napolitano said. "It is her former State Department buddies covering up for her in such a way that they lied under oath to a federal judge."

Judge Nap to Hillary: 'FBI Does Criminal Investigations, Not Security Reviews'

Fox News - April 25, 2016

DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz argued on Fox News Sunday that it's "ludicrous" to discuss the possibility of Hillary Clinton being indicted over her private email server.

It comes after Mrs. Clinton laughed out loud at a question about whether she could face criminal charges and downplayed the FBI's ongoing investigation as a "security review."

Judge Andrew Napolitano responded on America's Newsroom today, pointing out that a Romanian hacker - who allegedly accessed an email account of Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal - was recently extradited to the United States.

"This is about as serious an investigation as there could be. ... The FBI does not do security assessments, the State Department does. The FBI does criminal investigations," he explained.

Martha MacCallum asked about the timeline for a decision by the FBI, which keeps moving back as the Democratic National Convention approaches in late July.

Napolitano said that last fall, FBI Director James Comey anticipated a decision being made in January. Then in January, Comey moved it back to May.

Now he's saying there are no "time pressures," which the judge disputed.

"The American public and the Democratic Party need to know if they're about to nominate someone who might be a defendant in a criminal prosecution," said Napolitano.

Judge Nap: FBI Has 'Overwhelming' Evidence to Indict and Convict Hillary

Fox News - Apr 22, 2016

On "The O'Reilly Factor" last night, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the FBI is in the final stages of its investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private email server, and he believes the agency has more than enough evidence to indict and convict her.

He explained that the FBI doesn't make a recommendation about an indictment to the Justice Department, since they are working in tandem with the Justice Department.

FBI investigators don't do anything without being under the supervision of department prosecutors, he said.

"The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming," Judge Napolitano stated. "And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do."

He said he is "100-percent certain" that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.

Whether they do or not, however, is another issue and a politically-charged one, Judge Napolitano added.

Clinton could come clean and admit doing wrong and liberals would still vote for her. The administration is pushing this back to where it won't make any difference so it's up to the people, vote for anyone other than Clinton, even Bernie!

Since all of Clinton's illegal activities happened under BHO's watch I think he is also culpable in being indicted as well. He also made the same claims along with her after Benghazi for several weeks he publicly said the same things she did about the Youtube video against Islam being the reason Benghazi was attacked. Does the FBI have a surprise for us?

What?!?! Someone in Government LYING?! What is the world coming to?

As I'm sure I've said before, I assume that everything that comes out of a Government type's mouth is a lie, or only partially true. I'm surprised when anyone tells the truth.

If you’re under 50 you really need to read this. If you’re over 50, you lived through it, so share it with those under 50. Amazing to me how much I had forgotten!

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well:
Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger voters will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle were:

She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.

She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs. Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.

What a swell party – ready for another four or eight year of this type low-life mess?

Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next. But to her loyal fans - “what difference does it make?”

Electing Hillary Clinton president would be like granting Satan absolution and giving him the keys to heaven!

And just think, since leaving the White House, the Clinton's, through 2014, have made $221,139,576.00 and BOTH are drawing taxpayer funded U. S. Government pensions and given Secret Service protection at taxpayer expense.
