Hell, in Iraq, the American military equipment [a trillion dollar$, with a "T"] worth of actual trucks, tanks, half-tracks, troop transporters and Humvees, plus the regular American weapons, ammunitions and explosives could be transferred directly to Sunni ISIS, from Sunni Iraqi soldiers, to be used right there in Iraq.
