There is a connection all right. One thing most people do not understand is that nothing happens by accident. There is a subconscious power connecting all things, so these things make perfect sense.

There is so much more I could say about this, but it would not be appreciated by most readers, and they would not really understand it anyway. The term righteousness was originally the two terms, right use. Right is right. Left is wrong.

Don`t worry about the people who would not appreciate what you have to say, just say it. They probably have a religious spirit that will not let them listen to other possibilities. There are some that do appreciate it like myself.

Noah and the ark is historical fact. But it was a local flood that covered the entire known world. Noah and his family spent their time fishing for food. They ate a lot of sushi.

Yum, I love Sushi, that lucky Noah! I really do love Sushi, but it is expensive.

IMO - That is a very good thing.

Another sign of the end times.

I understand. I had long conversations on this a week or so ago on another thread, the name of which I do not remember. Something to do with science proves atheism. Some people like what I say, a lot do not. In fact I was told where to go several times. They don't realize I already know where to go. But the fundamentalists didn't agree with my liberal interpretations of the Bible, and the atheists hated the fact I was even there. In my personal life I am not big on controversy, but online I am. I don't get upset by these things, I am just aware that a lot of people would throw me into an outhouse if they had the chance. I love it. (Not the outhouse.) I think too some people hate the fact that I know what I am talking about, and not conjecturing. Thanks for writing and sharing this.

I understand that this forum is mainly for political opinions.
What I have is mainly spiritual or Religious. I know most people believe in God, yes there are some atheist, I do not have much to say to them. What I would like to say is I have found out that a lot of what I thought I knew from the Bible is misinterpreted. I do not mean to but I know I offend a lot of people when I talk about what I think is truth in the scriptures.

Join the club. Since I have been on this forum I have found that people love to insult each other. Which I have done a portion of myself. But I get the feeling we tend to love the people we hate, or hate the people we love. I guess we love to hate, or hate to love. It's all fun, in a way.

DON'T MISS THE SPELLING LESSON AT THE BOTTOM::::

Remember what Jesus said: 'Goats on the left, sheep on the right' (Matthew 25:33).

Jesus also told Peter that if he wanted to catch fish, do it from the right side of the boat. They did and filled the boat with fish.

John 21:6 (NIV) ... He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Origin of Left & Right...

I have often wondered why it is that Conservatives are called the "right" and Liberals are called the "left".

By chance I stumbled upon this verse in the Bible: Ecclesiastes 10:2 (NIV) - "The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left." Thus sayeth the Lord. Amen.

It surely can't get any simpler than that.

Spelling Lesson :

The last four letters in American.......... I Can
The last four letters in Republican........ I Can
The last four letters in Democrats......... Rats

End of lesson ....Test to follow on November 6 , 2016 .

Remember, November 2016 is to be set aside as rodent removal month.

Please share this Bible Lesson with all your friends and email buddies to help achieve that goal.

Yep; truth, lies, misunderstanding, ignorance, an agendas come from both sides of the political spectrum.
It takes diligence and a desire to discern the difference.

We all have to live with reality.

Seems to me it is getting worse.

RESPONSE:

Cherry picking religion: People take what suits them from the Bible and ignore the other teachings. If we wanted to follow the Bible literally, we would have to stone disobedient sons and unfaithful wives (Deuteronomy 21 and 22) and kill homosexuals (Leviticus 20-13).

Not so, Jesus said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." As we are all sinners, no more stoning. If you are Christian that is....

That's funny - and dangerously close to blasphemy. The Bible also describes two paths and a fork in the road. One path is straight and narrow, the other wide and meandering. The straight and narrow path goes straight ahead, the OTHER path - veers to the right.

BTW, the path of least resistance - ALWAYS veers to the right. We can't all be on the "straight and narrow path" - and be going in so many different directions, now can we.

SOMEONE is doing to the Bible what our politicians do to the Constitution - pick and chose, rearrange sentences and other "sleight of hand" tricks - to make it appear to say what they WANT it to say.

I'll eat your lunch if you do this again.
