Employer Mandate Dealyed Again

Our beloved Monarch has just now delayed the ACA Employer Mandate one more tine. This time it is until after the 2014 election.
Three things come to mind:
There is no provision in the law for the delay.
The delay is 100% political.
We the People will not suffer from 100 million losing their healthcare until after we've elected a whole new crop of politicians.

So what authority does he have to break the law? Only congress can make law. They done that. He can't change it without going back through congress. At least not legally.

And it wasn't the employer mandate they wanted changed. It was the enrollment mandate. This is the second time he has given company's a break.

Thanks from the loony bin.
I don't remember where it was conservative's idea to delay the employer mandate and then delay it again, maybe I missed something.
As far as I am concerned any time Obama makes a decision about Obamacare, he is doing it strictly for Political reasons.

Out beloved Monarch is doing his best to keep Democrats. The Press is behind him. All we see from either is the things that make the left (and far left) look good. We can only hope that some of the "under informed" wake up and get a broader view by election day.

Thanks Clayton. The thing about Congress being the ones who can change a law is very important. Obama feels comfortable changing this particular law (Obamacare) at a whim. I wonder why Congress does not object to his abuse of the Constitution?
