So, these people are being charged with defamation or libel, right? Raylan says the accusations against PP are untrue. I assume that means the charges against the videomakers reflect the untrue nature of their claim about PP. I know PP is no longer charging "storage" fees for fetal tissue. Total misunderstanding, right? 8-)

Libel and defamation are torts, you can not be charged criminally with either, only sued, they are being sued and will have their asses handed to them.

The majority of the Country supports a woman's right to choose.....especially, it is supported in the first Trimester .....believe as you like ....Roe vs Wade is here to stay....you want to go back to back alley abortions .....it's just not gonna happen....so, keep fighting, but the right to choose is going nowhere

Of course it's here to stay just like murder is here to stay. You act like back alley abortions were as common as the murders, actually the premeditated murders, of infant children in the womb today. First, women weren't nearly as promiscuous some years back and recreational sex with many partners was strictly uncommon. Lots of unexpected pregnancies have always occurred, people being people, actually lovers being lovers, but they did "the right thing" and got married instead of killing their child and they were successful marriages. Roe v. Wade simply allowed people to scoot out of being responsible because it is easier to legally murder a child than raise it. The term "women's rights" is just a bull shit wrapper to camouflage the Truth that women murder their children and men help them to do it so no one is responsible.

Well, at least we both agree that Roe v. Wade is here to stay.....like the majority of the Country, I'm glad

And if their asses are not handed to them I suggest you get a refund on your crystal ball.

I know, that's why I brought it up. Are they being sued? I'm wondering how the charges relate to the film itself. You see, if they aren't being charge with anything specifically linked to the claims made against PP (who, I'm pleased to point out is no longer receiving "storage" and "shipping" fees for fetal tissue), but rather, being charged with things related to HOW they obtained their footage...I'd say that they are being retaliated against by some people who were caught with their hands in the cookie jar

Along with the criminal charges they are getting their pants sued off and as a result will likely be ordered by the court to pay damages to planned parenthood! Once in a while justice is served.

That is what I found confusing. Making a false ID, something half the young people out there do to get a drink at a bar. It was not as if they were going to purchase guns on that fake ID or cash stolen checks just get in to PP and pretend to do an interview.
It sounds like much ado about nothing The entire article was Full of sound and Fury and signifying nothing" PP did not deny providing baby body parts for a fee, now did they?

Re : Texas DA falsely : Maliciously indicting [suing] the guys taking the pictures of a felony baby parts sale by the DA’s planned parenthood political and moral henchmen.

It just goes to show you, a texas district attorney with a pro-baby part planed parenthood [felony]sales operation axe to grind, can still find a way to indict an unrelated cabbage...
that said, the people on the grand jury are self evidently toooo stupid to chew gum and walk = they are a great argument for having a class of people who are determined, by a jury of their peers, to be so mind numbingly stupid that public safety requires they must be classified as wards of the state.

The Texas DA doesn't appear to care what constitutes evidence of a crime; such as, ‘felony baby parts sales’ [for civil/criminal pursuit].

As far as I am concerned, the DA should immediately be disbarred for using his bar license to aid and abet the [felony] illegal sellers of baby parts and obstructing the operation of Law = which is the DA using the traditional DA obstruction of justice tools ‘false : vindictive indictment’, ‘sham and frivolous prosecution’, ‘fraudulently generating pretense of color of a crime to justify a wholly false cause to prosecute, simply because, in his official capacity, he thinks he can get away with it… hmmm, since it’s the self styled texas court system, he probably can and will.

[The DA’s personal politics ‘obliviously’ drive his DA activities to support and protect his collectivist henchmen in the commission of the actual crimes that are involved in every abortion to boost baby body parts sales schemes].

There are 19 million new cases of sexually transmitted disease in America every year. Don't you think things would be different if everyone waited until marriage to have sex, then remained faithful to their partner? This isn't a religious issue. It a common sense issue. Even if there was no God telling not to have sex outside of marriage, it's just plain common sense not to. At least to people with common sense it is. That, obviously, does not include you.

Someday justice will be served over the 56 million premeditated murder of unborn children for which you have zero concerns which makes you less than human. You have more in common with demons.

What I said is the truth, and nothing but the truth. Here's an example of how you are wrong. Abstinence has a 100 percent success rate of preventing unwanted pregnancies, as well as sexually transmitted disease.

Condoms only reduce the chance of contracting aids by 80%. That means that with a condom you still have a 20% chance to catch the disease.

Now answer me this. I have a revolver. It has five chambers. I'm going to place a bullet in one of those five chambers, spin the barrel, then hand you the gun. Would you have the guts to put that gun to your head and pull the trigger?

I believe that you would have to agree that the best course of action would be to not pull the trigger.

If you do agree, as any sensible person would, you would also have to agree that abstinence is the best course of action when it comes to premarital sex.
