Really, then you need to tell that to archeologists. Start with William F. Albright and Nelson Glueck who have used it as a source 40 different kings of various countries mentioned in the Bible. All have all been found in contemporary documents and inscriptions outside of the Old Testament, and are always consistent with the times and places associated with them in the Bible. Though archaeology cannot prove that the Bible is the inspired Word of G*d, it has the ability to prove whether or not some events and locations described therein are true or false. So far, however, there isn't a single archaeological discovery that disproves the Bible in any way.

Believing in the Bible requires one to abandon science and physics and accept a supernatural being who performed miracles thousands of years ago but has not been heard of since. If you can believe all that, you can believe that three steel-framed buildings can fall on the same day exhibiting all the characteristics of controlled demolition and yet not be controlled demolition.
