I think you mean "false" flag events.

The San Bernadino false flag shooting has two agendas. To scare the public into accepting gun control legislation and to scare the public into allowing any magnitude of atrocities to be committed against Muslims. This false flag operation, along with the recent false flag operation in Paris may be designed to soften up the public enough to convince them that sending ground troops into Syria is necessary for their security. This tactic worked after 9/11. Are the American people ready to be played for suckers again?

I think what you mean is a "false flag" event, as opposed to "red flag". On that assumption I will try to answer you, it is when some entity perpetrates an attack on it's own people disguised as some other entity it wants to vilify, usually as an excuse to attack them. In this case, it is the govt. of the US creating a fake attack on it's own citizens by Muslim jihadists in order to get more power to control gun ownership. Gun ownership by the people is the greatest threat to the power of a tyrant so the objective of the event is to vilify guns and frighten the people into supporting banning them. Naturally, if everyone realized what was really happening, the tyrants would be in deep doo doo, hence the cover up. A "black swan" is an event that conventional wisdom has deemed impossible, simply because it hasn't been seen before.

Ironic, isn't it, that the French would be the ones to launch a roundup of Muslims suspected to have ties to terrorism--about 2000 so far. 14 dead, 21 injured. How many uninjured?
A company Christmas party.
How many attendees there with Telephones with cameras?
How many people with cameras taking pics of the party?
How many would have taken pics before, during and after the shooting?
The company Christmas parties I have attended always had lots of people taking pics.
Seems to me, this activity would have generated the desire to document the fun and games.

Yes, the French are involved now and soon the rest of the E.U. will be used to help remove Assad, since that's about all our involvement in Syria has been about, as we have done little to ISIS w/ the hand picked targets from this administration.
Interesting also how this attack occurred a week before the Climate change Summit in Paris.
The narrative pushed was they're not afraid to have they're Summit, why should they be, w/ the people still on a curfew.
