I was thinking if the Muslims were exempt , what about the Amish? I would rather be Amish myself. This is a first for me to hear about a tax, I'm thinking this is the Cadillac tax he spoke of? Canceling policies for lack of maturity leave or caps on coverage, And taxing those who were fortunate enough to get a union job with good benefits? Obamajamalam!

If I remember correctly, one of the people who read the entire law said that there were some 46 billion in new taxes hidden in the law . Guess the average Joe will be paying those while Obama exempts his supporters. What a fraud !! He is now purging our military so we can become equal or subservient to our middle eastern brothers !! This guy has three more years to destroy this country and his democrat enablers are helping him do it. Short of a military coup, we can only resort to the ballot box to stop the bleeding. Yeah, it is illegal....just like all the other changes and exemptions he has made to the Unaffordable Care Act. He doesn't have the constitutional authority to make any of those changes or exemptions. Having said that, who is going to stop him? The Senate won't, and the House doesn't have the guts....and Obama knows it. We don't have a president, we have a dictator.

How in the hell does Obama have the power to tell companies and Unions that they don't have to pay or abide by the ACA which was ruled a tax by the Supreme Court for one year , but the rest of the U.S. people have to or be fined?

what does this administration do that is legal? We are faced with a muslim taking US down to dictator leadership and stepping on the constitution like it does not exist . I'm afraid none of this administration will be held responsible for their cowardice acts of anti american values and christianity. I can only hope that there is enough of America left when this treasonous bunch of communist are help accountable for their crimes and we take America back.

Yes we do have a dictator. As for the House of Representatives, you have to remember that they only control one third of the government. The Senate and the President are in a position to override the House. That was clearly evident during the shut down when the House passed appropriation bills to fund all of government except Obamacare. Those were tabled by Harry Reid and thus got nowhere. The House did its job but it was stymied by the Senate. We need to get rid of Harry Reid and his cronies to get anything done other than the status quo. Good Luck America !!!

I agree 100% . I just hope enough people wake up to the fact : What the government gives away , they can take back !
There is a old saying if it sounds too good it probably is ! So if you are getting free food stamps , free Housing money, free unemployement It can all go away in a heart beat !
Free is never going to work if 50% of the U.S. people live off the other 50% . What kind of example is that setting for out kids ?
Remember if its free , you are in control of where ever the money comes from . If you work you are adding to the economy and can control your money coming in : somewhat ! Maybe you could get some Over time , some xtra days or hours etc.

The law was bad from the start, no members of congress aparently read the law after 3 thousand some pages and the references for this law is said to be over 30,000 pages. I am sad for everyone who lost insurance. It is horrible, it is the worst thing that any president could do to gut punch the american public financially. Not even to mention, worse health insurance for higher prices. My insurance won't be touched because I am a union member and I need it my insurance with having a heart problem. I pray for all Americans that this disaster of a health law will be replaced. It is just another disasterous thing done to the american people. It will not help the economy move up. I don't know of anyone who believes the government that this long recession is nearly over.

Agree: Luckily so far I get to keep my insurance which I have had for 5 years. I haven't read all the ACA pages and amendants but it is reported there is almost 1 trillion worth of new taxes buried in it !
How is the economy going to get better if they take away money from the common people who buy the produced products from companies in bussiness to make a profit so they can produce another product to replace the one bought and pay their employees?
Money has to circulate among the people and companies , not in the black hole of Congress and bank safes so they can buy out their compitition ! Didn't Obama care just hire thousands of people to implement ACA . What product are they producing ? ACA just added a middleman between you and your insurance company they are not going to work for free.
$300.00 spent on (let's say ) a lawn mower , the seller gets part of the $300 the manfacturer gets part ,the laborers get part .
Suppose a laborer takes his $20.00 and buys a electric skillet . That $20.00 from the original $300 just keeps rolling .
Who know how far and what that original $300.00 will go ? It just snowballs . The skillet maker has $20.00 to make another skillet with and his employees get a piece of that $20 also . Same with the $280 left it will snowball .
The government can't keep up with 30 million people spending and buying products . They are just spending our taxes to make themselfs bigger !
If money isn't being spent to buy manfactured product from american companies and mom and pop stores , our economy is going to keep sinking lower and lower !

This ACA is still going affect you even if you have the protection of the Union . Your union contract probably says the company has to furnish or provide you with Health insurance , but I bet it doesn't say how much they have to pay for it . With ACA making insurance companies get rid of a estimated 80,000,000 insured . If they stay in bussiness ( which they night not) the insurance rates are going to have to sky rocket !
Just wait untill the law suits start rolling anything with 32,000 pages written by lawers is for lawyers . I bet there are thousands of counterdictions after counterdictions in it!
the funny thing about ACA ( Not Really), ACA isn't a insurance company they are going to funnel you back into the same insurance company you might have had before , and charge you more and pay less benifits .
Isn't it great ! Oh yes some poor people will get money to help pay for their insurance , that will lull them into thinking they are covered , but what is going to happen to those poor people who find out the Bronse plan doesn't pay a penny untill they pay up to a $4000.00 deductible . If they are so poor they can't afford to buy insurance , how are ther going to pay these deductables ?
ACA will put a lot of people in the poor house ( if they can find one ) and or bankrupt millions of people !
