Please don't push yourself and wear yourself out. It will take time to heal your back, and even more time for you and your daughter to heal and get your lives back on track. God will guide you if you let Him and welcome His help. You mentioned having a dog, which is a welcome companion always. Is it a big or small dog, what kind? Dogs are such comfort and you both need all the comfort you can get. Take care and keep your faith. God be with you both always.

Only time will heal my heart and from my surgery. I try not to push myself but if I lay around is when you hurt more. Gods help is always welcome here. Yes we have a small dog (sheba) she was told to me that she was something I cant spell it (lol) but I tjink shes shes got terrier in her. Shes adorable and I love her to pieces.

Dogs can be such a comfort, and you can tell them all your fears and secrets and they always kept your secrets. Do what you can day by day, but don't overdo it. God is with you always.
