"What does apartheid mean, in Israeli terms?
Apartheid means fundamentalist clergy spearheading the deepening of segregation, inequality, supremacism, and subjugation.
Apartheid means Likud lawmaker and former Shin Bet chief Avi Dichter calling Sunday for separate, segregated roads and highways for Jews and Arabs in the West Bank.
Apartheid means hundreds of attacks by settlers targeting Palestinian property, livelihoods, and lives, without convictions, charges, or even suspects. Apartheid means uncounted Palestinians jailed without trial, shot dead without trial, shot dead in the back while fleeing and without just cause.
Apartheid means Israeli officials using the army, police, military courts, and draconian administrative detentions, not only to head off terrorism, but to curtail nearly every avenue of non-violent protest available to Palestinians.
Late last month, over the explicit protest of the head of the Israeli Medical Association and human rights groups combatting torture, Israel enacted the governments Law to Prevent Harm Caused by Hunger Strikes. The law allows force-feeding of prisoners, even if the prisoner refuses, if the strikers life is deemed in danger.
Netanyahus Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan, who pushed hard for passage of the bill, has called hunger strikes by Palestinian security prisoners jailed for months without charge or trial a new type of suicide terrorist attack through which they will threaten the State of Israel.
Only under a system as warped as apartheid, does a government need to label and treat non-violence as terrorism."

I have several issues with the Israeli government, that I have posted.
1 I am against the settlement policy. I believe it is an impediment to peace and is unjust.
2 I object to the fact that ultra orthodox Jews do not have to serve in the IDF. here is nothing in the bible that that says they have this privilege.
3 I object to the ultra orthodox having total control of religious issues such as who is a Jew.
4 I don't like the sale of advanced weapons to totalitarian states.
I have listed some problems that I have with Israeli policies. Israel has told Jews in the world outside Israel to shut up. If you want to criticize us, move here. I don't remember giving up my right to free speech because I don't reside in Israel. All that being said, I support Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state. That is a total commitment on my part. I have contributed thousands of dollars to the JNF and other charities over there, as I have here.
I've noticed you have never had a negative comment on any Muslim country or policy. You went ballistic when a poster commented that Islam's religious policies towards non believers is " debatable". You never comment when I ask you a question about some negative news about jihadist terrorism, except to call it a Zionist controlled media plot! You have made negative comments about Christianity and the Jewish faith, but not Islam.
How about it, Mr. P, are you who you say you are?
