Protesting being illegally imprisoned in Gaza and denied enough food, water and other supplies is not a terrorist attack. The relatively harmless rockets fired from Gaza rarely ever cause any damage or kill anyone. Israel has massive weapons given to them by the U.S. The Palestinians have no war planes, no bombs, no tanks, no artillery, no nuclear weapons.
They are incarcerated in the largest open air prison in the world and they have committed no crimes. Wouldn't you do anything you could to protest if you were in that situation?

As far as the rockets doing no real damage, it isn't because of lack of effort. The terrorists are always first to start aggression. If there were no rocket attacks, there would be no Israeli military response. It isn't about damage to Israel, it's about making life miserable for Israelis. I know I wouldn't want rockets flying over my head. It also is part of a pr war. When Israel does respond militarily, usually after months of terror attacks, the terrorists use civilian human shields. Thats how they get coverage in what you call the Zionist press! The help that Israel gets from the US is appreciated. Much of the weapons used like tanks and small arms comes from Israel, the US and European arms sources. Israel pays plenty for their defense.
I have an idea, why not stop the conflict, use that money for education and other peaceful purposes and yes help out a new Palestinian state that is at peace with Israel and itself?

The idea you have does not mention tearing down the prison walls around Gaza and freeing its 2 million inhabitants. They have committed no crimes.
Israel fears these people being free because Israel has committed crimes against them. Many of those in Gaza were put there after their land was taken for Jewish settlements. There is a score to settle and Israel fears a free Gaza.
