Since you like statistics, Jews are only about 2% of the U.S. population, yet they own all our mainstream media. They own and control our motion picture and TV industries. They've been in control of our Federal Reserve banking system for the last three decades in the period which has seen our national debt skyrocket from illegal wars and banking fraud. The Fed financed these illegal wars which benefited Israel but not the people of the United States. One of the duties of the Federal Reserve is to make sure that mortgage loans are properly collateralized. In the years preceding the
2008 banking crash the Fed was endorsing the bad mortgages rather than making sure they didn't happen.
Americans need to wake up as to who are the robber barons and the "enemy within our gates." It sure as hell ain't Muslims.

I've read your banter before and it doesn't impress me any more the second time. I have defended Islam on OPP before against those who say that Islam is not a religion but a political ideology, that Islam is murderous, etc. The idea that the media is Zionist exploits the anti Semitic prejudice that you have. I don't think that the media expresses any kind of pro Israeli bias, and I don't believe that the media is controlled by Zionists. The Jewish people are a highly educated, talented people that are in many important fields way beyond their numbers. Law, medicine IT, and accounting are but a few of these fields. Media is another field that has attracted Jews, so what? I have seen plenty of unflattering stories about Israel on tv, and have heard even more on radio. NPR and other liberal media have been especially critical of Israel. Some of the stories I agree with and others I do not.
I can find nobody that in this country that likes jihadi Muslims with the possible exception of you. Many commentators from the right like Buchanan have also shown an anti Israel bias.

I'll try to note when I hear negative stories about Israel on the tv or radio. I just never thought that people give a damn.
The media business is like every other, it's all about the bucks.If Jewish executives and/or others in editorial positions don't bring in the bucks, they are gone! If it seems that most of the stories about the mideast conflict are pro Israel it is because the Palestinians are the ones that always start the conflict. It's hard to criticize a small country fighting for its existence against daily terrorist attacks.
