Hello, my name is Shar. I am a "senior Citizen retired, with 2 children, 2 granddaughters, and 5 great grandchildren. Most of them live in Texas and one in CA. My husband still goes to work each day and he pitched 3 children and 7 grandkids at me when we got married 13 yrs. ago. Fortunately we all get along well.

My hobby is "trying" to keep my mind active by listening to Republican, Democrat and Independent views. I lean toward Conservative. In fact I lean pretty steady that way.

Bill, Searching and slattern, thank you for the welcome. I, mostly like tea too, I go to only one other forum and the venting there is "fierce" and I agree on the using quotes for replies. I am going to have to read a few instruction and see about quoting more than one person in a reply.

I was born and raised in West Texas but recouped from back surgery at a ranch in NM (for 12 yrs) and then married and moved to GA so I am a tad partial to Texans.

Perfectly easy mistake to make, it is, seeing that "sometimes" I appear liberally conservative and "sometimes" I appear conservatively liberal. Yes, I know a very strange concept, but hey, you'll get used to it. It might even grow on you. That, and since AuntiE and I have bonded and become "sisters" everyone seems to grant me "some" leeway. :roll: I hasten to add that I don't abuse it, bowing to AuntiE high standing.
