One of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson’s first actions in his new position was to audit his own organization under former President Barack Obama — and what he found is shocking.
Carson discovered over $500 billion in accounting mistakes of an administration that was notorious for accusations of fraud within the HUD.

In fact, there were numerous (and serious) errors in bookkeeping and management running rampant throughout the government organization.

(1) The Office of General Counsel’s refusal to sign the management representation letter
(2) HUD’s improper use of cumulative and first-in, first-out budgetary accounting methods of disbursing community planning and development program funds
(3) The $4.2 billion in non pooled loan assets from Ginnie Mae’s stand-alone financial statements that we could not audit due to inadequate support
(4) The improper accounting for certain HUD assets and liabilities, and
(5) Material differences between HUD’s subledger and general ledger accounts.

The report makes it clear the the Obama administration was mindlessly throwing away government money, and doing nothing to reverse the damage and improve the HUD so it could function efficiently.

During the Obama administration all government agencies did not follow the proper government accounting standard principles.
1. There was no annual internal audit conducted. No audit reports.
2. There was no proper accounting procedures and financial internal control in all transactions.
3. There was no proper documentations of every financial activities.
4. There was no proper authorization of every transaction created.
5. There was no proper recording of the transaction on the ledger.
5. There was no reconciliation of the sub-ledger and the general ledger accounts.
6. There was no bank reconciliation between the bank statements and the general ledger cash accounts.
7. Budget Appropriation was not properly accounted and recorded according to the projects that used the funds.
8. Lack of reconciliation between the general ledger account payable and the subsidiary ledger accounts.
9. Financial statement that is the revenue and expense statement and the Balance Sheet and fund balances were not audited.
10.If there was, there must be annual AUDIT reports whether the HUD followed the Generally Accounting Standards according to GASB and GAAP. And if there was the Auditors must have disclosed improprieties and violations.
I believe all government agencies under the Obama administration were run and operated like the HUD. Taxpayers lost possibly lost TRILLIONS of dollars.
One of the most possible reasons is to hide FRAUD done by the Obama administration and his staff.
The taxpayers are left in the dark, whereas the democrats always complain of discrimination and "race" issues, as they wallow on those fraudulent schemes they amassed.
