You are partly correct, Rayon. For instance, the figure for illegals giving birth in LA County was not 2/3. It was only one half.
Next, 3.9 million residents of LA county don't speak Spanish primarily. The actual figure is only 3.7 million.
I don't know about the percent of wetbacks in CA prisons, but the nationwide figure is about 15%. Let's see, 12 million wetbacks in a nation of 320 million, that's around 3% of the population. They do appear overrepresented. When you consider that every wetback in this country is a criminal by virtue of being here in the first place.
About 30% of US citizens of Hispanic ancestry receive food stamps or some government entitlement. This is just about the same as Caucasians, maybe even a little less. The figure for wetbacks is 60% and up. Don't give me any crap about how "illegals can't receive benefits." Just as soon as their esposa, girlfriend or rent-a-puta drops a brat on US soil, they sign up.
