The GOP leadership isn't "his own party" or anything like a conservative party. Therein lies the problem, until they are gone, President Trump has a "hard row to hoe".

It took Obama 15 months to get Obamacare in shape, but still it got instated after a Christmas Eve midnight slight-of-hand by a 100% democrat/0% Republican vote. There were huge sections of the bill NOBODY read and NOBODY understood.. "We must pass it to see what's in it.." was sufficient explanation from Pelosi's point of view.

The great central purpose of Obamacare was an ingenious plan to FAIL and then install a state-owned, state-implemented so-called health insurance law which left bungling, incompetent bureaucrats determining what medical care each suffering American needed.
ALL large government-run agencies are full of waste, immune to any oversight, and dependent upon the 'feelings' of bureaucrats for execution.

So, as it is, the insured FAILURE of Obamacare is in trail and guess who will suffer? Will the limousine liberals living in their gated communities suffer much? I doubt it.
